We been with Fiesta for a couple years now. We started in Kerman with Jenifer and now that shes here in Selma, of course we came along with her! We love that she always helps us out and explains everything to us each time. She has a way with people like no other. Anywhere she goes, we go.

The supervisor there is the best, she helped my mom with her policy and explained every part of it. Now we both know exactly what we have in insurance. Please avoid this place, Jenny was so rude to me. I came in to get my car insured. first of all she was so caught up in gossiping about some boy on her phone she didnt even speak to me, then once we finally got started she wanted a 400 dollar deposit! i didnt have the money at that moment due to tough times financially. She advised I work harder so I could afford it. I went to another agency that was much nicer, professionalism goes a long way

Worst service ever. Wanted so much money to open a policy with just ONE car on it. Did not explain the fees correctly so I was getting letters from Alliance and settled the issues directly with them. The workers in the front desk have no communication with clients and always make it seem like they dont want to check things or answer questions. Opening the door for me when I walk out does not make up for the horrible service, I am waiting for my policy to end so I can find someplace else.

This place is a fraud there agents take a big bulk of your down payment and they scam you into thinking your getting a excellent price when in reality you can go get your quotes on line. I have a excellent drivers record and still had to put down over 300 just so 96$ could get applied to my first month payment. Also there agents are misinformed about info and tell you one thing and then your billed another. Lesson learned do it yourself. This is not the first time I had issues with fiesta and Im sure it wont be the last.
