I have been with this location for 10 years and I am finally done with Jackson Hewitt. Ally Solomon was my tax preparer and she forgot to file my unemployment. The information was sent to her on February 4, 2021, I submitted my documents via email. I called her about the $10,200 unemployment tax credit and after reviewing the 2020 tax file on myjh.com, I noticed the unemployment was not filed. This is unacceptable... My children file there as well, but my daughter pulled out and doesnt want to return to Jackson Hewitt because of this major error... I will file my return and my families return myself...

Great place to go to. Came in on my lunch break and they had me out within no time. You have to see Deborah shes very perfessional and goes over everything with throughout the process

Years ago I had a problem with a tax service that ally figured out and solved. I have been going back there ever since. Ally is the only person I trust with filling the taxes. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional and always available. The best part to me is she always answers the question if she knows the answer but never pretends to know the answer and is not afraid to tell you she needs to look up the answer. Great place to go.

NYS wanted my w-2 faxed. I brought it jackson hewitt to be faxed was told it would 10-14 weeks to process return. Called in August when it was the earliest I could have received it was told it takes time please wait it was sent call back if you dont see anything in Oct. Well there nothing Ive been trying to call since Tuesday no one called me back after leaving messages there now closed for the week and its a holiday. Checked with NYS to see if there was something i wasnt aware off. Turns out they never received the faxed letter. Never trusting anything they say again Ive been using this company for years and never had a problem. I feel like Ive been slapped in the face refunds are money people rely on and this year has been a waste. Utterly disgusted with the whole situated. This may be a great place during tax season but they clearly dont care when its not .

Very very bad service rude people it been 2months my state return check arrive at there office but they never open and cant reach theme on the phone they treat you good till they rip you off they charge me 400+$ and holding my check in there banded office but it says open on wep wasting time I wont recommend the office in Ronkonkoma and selden to no body very bad customer service.
