David is a great guy. He arrived much earlier than the estimated wait time which was great. He also was patient enough to answer all of my questions, and he gave a few tips for changing my own tire. Great service, great attitude. I hope to never need roadside assistance again, but if I do this business will be the first I call in this area.

David arrived on time & quickly jumped the battery for my 2005 Chevy Z71 crew cab K1500. I dont use my pickup often & usually have used my Clore Automotive Jump-N-Carry JNC660 to jump my battery, but as my luck usually runs its internal battery wasnt able to take a full charge. I called USAA roadside assistance & after the 1st service they called didnt arrive, we called USAA again. They called Roadrunners RDS in Seguin & David called to tell us he was on the road. I live near the intersection of Hugo & Purgatory Roads & he arrived on time. I highly recommend RoadRunners RDS for your vehicle service at home or on the road!
