He is aweful!!! Way our priced and charged me an impound fee for my daughters wrecked truck that was not impounded. Almost 800.00 to have towed even my insurance company was not happy come to find out even the sheriffs office is not happy with him either! Yet they still allow him to operate and do work for them. I think he was expecting me to leave the truck with him and was upset when I got it out. I had just put a new engine in that truck and it was fine as was the transmission had just been rebuilt as well. Never use Big D!!

The entire place smelled like a dead animal. Trash everywhere. The owner was extremely rude, wouldnt let me talk and had green pus running out of his amputated fingers that he held my ID with! Totally disgusting, unorganized and I will repeat this to anyone who asks and some that dont.
