Only one tooth was bothering My husband. He got talked into pulling all molars. Then they only pulled two molars and didn’t pull the one that was bothering him. He look like he was in an accident after their service. I have never experienced something so horrible!

This place is truly great. I can honestly say this is one dentist that does not try to run your bill up. They are kind and helpful in every way and I would recommend them to just about anyone.

Premier dental in new Braunfels is Hands down the best staff and service I have EVER experienced. I get high anxiety just making my appointment because I hate dental Exams so much but because Emily was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable on the phone booking my first appointment two years ago, I went in feeling a little more at ease. EVERY single appointment/phonecall I have had since has been great. Every single member of the staff I have come across has been awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this office. I am so glad I found it.

The doctors and staff are always willing to answer questions, willing to joke around and laugh (not be serious all the time), give suggestions to help/improve ones performance in dental hygiene, and make sure you are well taken care of during your visit. I love attending Premier Dental because they look after me and make me feel like part of their family. I cant see myself at any other dentist. This was my first time going to the Dentist in my entire life, so I didnt know what to expect and was a little nervous. Everyone there was really nice. They made me feel comfortable and every process was thoroughly explained before being performed, which I really appreciated. I like how they explained my dental plan to me and gave me a good estimate as to how much everything would cost and then broke it down into visits. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone in need of a Dentist.

First time trying this office for my 5 year old daughter. The office assistant, Stephanie, answered the phone and was so polite, understanding and genuinely made me feel like she cared to take our appointment. Staff were all helpful, dental hygienist explained everything to my daughter and Dr. Hudson was gentle.

First of all, I love the renovations done there! Great job! I had a cleaning, the dental hygienist was very kind and informative. She took her time to answer all my questions. Dr. Hudson is so funny and so caring! I always go there with confidence.

I have had a great experience going to the dentist. Dr. Tompkins has been great, he has helped fix my cavities that had previously been filled and were in need of being refilled. Today was my first filling, and was super nervous of course because it included a shot.. IN YOUR MOUTH! But thankfully there is such great staff at Premier Dental, that she talked me through it, made me feel comfortable and safe, gave me extra numbing gel before the shot, and let me hold her hand, which is probably broken by now! Every time I come here, I always feel valued and taken care of.

I had LOTS OF issues and had neglected some dental problems for far too long. I am so delighted with the results and the expertise of Dr Seddighzadeh. I cannot properly pronounce his name but he is Wonderful. So dont wait get in there n have your dental care done.

Have a good experience when Dr.Massa did a great job and my hygienist that clean my teeth but this 2017 seems worse experience have fillings done and that hygienist worse I had shes working rough like shes mad and I told her that it is painful and she responded with rude voice that she didnt do nothing but just cleaning.And my husband was unhappy of Dr.Hudson not doing good job on his tooth cap it came out after 3 months and not helping him after that.Maybe its time to find different dentist.

Hadnt been to the dentist in over 20 years. So I was very nervous. They were so professional, quick, & thorough Ill recomend anyine looking for a dentist to try.

I was referred to Dr Massa by a relative who is VERY hard to please- well, it is true that this person wants perfection in every service delivered to him. So, I (new to the area) went to Dr Massa and first of all I was made to feel very safe and welcomed by one of the staff, Josie Silva. She was the most pleasant and easy to talk with of most every professional medical or dental staff I have ever encountered. I began to relax talking with her and in no time the dentist arrived. He was PERFECT! Really! He explained just enough and answered questions completely so that I could understand. He showed me my X-rays and problem areas on the computer screen so I could see for myself. He was very easy personality wise. I have had WAY to MANY dentists that act like they are stand-up comedians (unfunny ones) or are not stop talkers about issues that I care nothing about. Next visit when I had the work done it was painless and efficient. I have had problems with this crown issue cracking for 2 dentists so far. This time it was repaired properly b/c after many months I still have no problem with the crown and cant even tell it was done.The office staff are appreciated very much too. They set up payments for me that worked with my financial situation and needs. PERFECT DENTIST, ASSISTANT,OFFICE STAFF.Love your dental visits???? Yes!!! Recommend 100%.
