This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Wait time was a little long, but I’m going to attribute that to being a new patient. Staff was very sweet. Dentist was knowledgeable and definitely doesn’t try to do unnecessary work on you. Checkout was easy and my bill was explained in detail to me. Absolutely going to stick with these guys! Oh, and the couch in the waiting room was just right ;)

The dentist I saw (I dont recall his name but hes a younger guy) was excellent. Going to the dentist is never pleasant but making the best of a down situation can be a tough sell... But they pull it off very well.I went for a tooth extraction and it went smoothly. The Doc explained everything to me to ensure I wouldnt be surprised by what was happening. His novacaine technique was very good and I felt no pain during the procedure - when he was done, it was a surprise to me because I couldnt feel a thing.

The ladies behind the desk are awesome! Every room has a tv and the dentist will let you pick a movie (pretty decent selection too). The dentist are very informative too

This place has become like family to me practically. I walk in and they already know my name. They handle everything so smoothly with my insurance. The Dr is so knowledgeable and staff is always super nice. I got my crown replaced and they did a wonderful job. I have never left a dentist office actually happy but they made it happen. If I could give more stars I would.

Wanted to get my front upper teeth replaced and some other ones filled. The staff and doctor walked me through the whole process and the finances department also worked it out with my insurance. So that my share of the cost was affordable to a senior citizen like myself. I highly recommend this dental service to any and all that need or have dental problems..

Great experience! I felt welcomed from the time I walked in. The front office clerk and insurance lady had joyful spirits. The dentist had an inviting comfortable spirit about him. He took his time and explained all things in detail. Valerie my dental hygienist was very informative and showed me in detail on what she was doing while cleaning my teeth. Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing, but Dr. Schwan is an amazing dentist! He is professional, understanding, and takes the time to listen. The entire staff at the Seguin location is exceptional. Their office manager is wonderful and makes the entire office feel warm and like family.

The receptionist was very helpful and well mannered. The xray girl was gentle and patient with my gag problem. The hygienist was kind and thorough. The dentist was informative and spoke in laymans terms. I got the cost of everything and look forward to a cleaning, filling, and new crown. Marie

We were treated promptly and with respect and courtesy. I brought my 11 year old for her second ortho consult, and the pricing was so much better than our first consult with another place in Seguin...they put her top braces on right then and there! I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their reasonable pricing and willingness to get the job done. Dr. Napoli made sure myself and my daughter understood the procedure and answered all of our questions in such a way that my 11 year old and I understand the gist of things. Very happy customers!!

Dentist caused permanent damage to the nerve in my sons tooth. And on two separate occasions I was forced to schedule one month out and they quadruple booked the appointment slot. Needless to say my children were skipped. I definitely do not recommend this place . The front office is rude and disrespectful to the clients. And the dentist that we saw obviously did not know what she was doing.

Everytime Ive been here i have been treated very well. The staff and doctor is polite, friendly, attentive, honest and always helpful. They make sure you understand the procedures and pricing. The pricing is also fair and affordable.

Update- received a call from the manager, who apologized for the inconvenience and helped us find a good resolution.Just received a notice via email that weve had an outstanding balance from a visit over 3 years ago (said it is whats due after insurance). They stated they sent us letters in the mail, which they never have.

The staff is amazing, always friendly and professional. I went in because I was having sensitivity with a tooth, we paid out of pocket for a crown and the issue was temporarily resolved. I went back several times to have them adjust the crown because I was still having pain and sensitivity on the tooth. I was always assured there was no nerve damage and they could not figure out why I still had pain on the tooth. I recently went to a new dentist because of a change in our insurance and they Informed me the nerve was exposed and I had an infection. I now need a root canal. I feel like the Dr at Crescent may have dropped the ball and now we have to pay even more out of pocket for a mistake they made.

Went there with tooth pain only to get X-rays taken and referred to a specialist....they called the specialist and he couldn’t see me for 2 weeks....this dentist here did nothing to ease my pain.....no antibiotics no pain meds nothing! Really a waste of money and time.....I WENT TO WESTPOINTE DENTISTRY IN NEW BRAUNFELS AND DR. COOK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME!Definitely will not be returning to Crescent Dental!

The staff here is always so friendly and relatable. Great music is usually playing plus big screen tv’s for movies while you wait and/or get worked on. Professional and safe atmosphere.

Any other medical office I have used has always asked me if I wanted a procedure since the time had enough time had passed so that the insurance would cover the procedure. X-rays were not needed so these were done, actually, for no medical purpose, and I was not informed that the insurance would require I wait another two months. I will use another dentist and will expect these x-rays to be sent to the new office.

Everything from consultation getting my braces and the people that work there are so awesome.

We have gone here for years and they have been great! Dr Shawan did an AMAZING job on my veneers and crowns. Dr. Standerwick is who we normally see for checkups, and she is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is always helpful and kind. I originally had braces through Crescent dental Seguin. When I decided to remove my permanent retainer on the bottom teeth(which originally cost me $150 to get glued on), I was given multiple different quotes for the price of the removal over the phone in a timespan of about a month. The price jumped from $150 to $250 then when I asked to speak to a manager she quoted me $300. This was the price given to me to remove a single lower retainer removal. For both upper and lower, it would have been $600. I decided to go to Dr.Colville who is only charging me $150 and thats including an office visit fee for not being a patient of his.Unprofessional and uncertain experience with crescent dental.Update*I was only charged $55 for the removal at Dr. colville.

The lady with the red hair did not inform me if my brothers provider was not changed before the appointment the doctor would not see him. Waste of time.

Nice dentist but bad customer service.They charged me 50$ for reschedule my appointment even I called the day before the appointment,and another 50$ to make a new appointment.They said it is the policy, which I didnt know anything about it when I started with them.Well,guess thats how they keep the customer around, but I choose to find another dentist.Their cleaning wasnt good for my case.I couldnt eat after they did it for more than 8 hours because my mouth was so numb and had to go to work with nothing in my stomach.

My cleaning was quick and painless. You cant ask for much more than that.

I had the best experience working with the Crescent Dental team when they provided donations for Lehman HS in Hays CISD. They were awesome to work with and extended to help out with anything I needed. When I went to pick up the donations, I loved the clean and warm environment of the facility and staff. I will continue to lean on Crescent Dental for help in he future! They rock!

My permenant retainer came undone and they got me a same day appointment with the orthodontist. Fixed fast. Great doctor and staff. Im from out of town and dont live here
