I’ve lived in Garden Ridge for 13 years now and I had two different pest control companies prior to finding Mayday four years ago. Since meeting him and becoming a customer he has also become a good friend. I called Mayday Pest Thursday of last week. We laid new grass in our yard and have began to water our yard and now lots of little things are showing themselves in and out of home. Gentleman on the phone was very helpful on the phone, as I have never used a pest company. Nick came out very quick and was great! He sprayed the entire home in and out and was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. He even moved my bunnies cage in the back yard while removing a wasps nest I was unaware of. I am already seeing a difference in pest control inside and out of home. In fact, I was so excited last night, I wanted to call them that instant and let them know the service they provided was already working! Cant wait for next summer to enjoy our backyard, as I will already have 2 more treatments done! I highly recommend this local and friendly company!

We’ve been using Mayday for 3+ years. They always show up when they say they will and follow their “anytime” emergency pest control policy. They’ve come over several times between our quarterly pest control to knock down wasp nests or to spray for new bugs. Great service!

MayDay always takes great care of our home.

Ive been with them for 3 years. They schedule appointments for me, rearrangeit if doesnt work. Their prices have not changed. If I dont need something they tell me! You dont need to spend your $ on this, and this is why! I emailed a picture of some bugs I found in a panic thinking they were termites and I got a response in a couple hours, they were swarming ants passing through. In a few days they were gone. Not to mention my home is free of creepy crawlies! LOVE THEM!

Service is awesome never had a problem with bugs and Tim is very willing to help if you do have problems but the receptionists on staff are awful!! So disorganized and very unreliable. I stopped getting services from the company because we had too many incidents with incorrect appointments and payment issues. Just frustrating...

The owner and his nephew are very friendly, but very disorganized. We scheduled an appointment for one day and I waited all afternoon and he never showed.I called several times and finally reached him only to find out he scheduled me for a different day than what we had agreed on. A few days after they came and sprayed the insecticide, we started having more bugs in the house than what we began with. And no, they arent dead bugs. They are alive, click beetles, roaches and spiders. I called and emailed them to ask why the insecticide didnt kill these insects and I never got a reply. Although they were friendly, I will never use them again. I only paid $40 because Amazon had a voucher. I guess you get what you pay for!
