I just moved and we have a problem with field mice, within less than 24 hours of seeing the first one, they were able to get a technician (Matthew) out to my house to set up traps and look for entrance sites, he also treated the inside for pests and will be returning to do the outside (it couldn’t be done the same day due to weather conditions). Don’t expect a phone call if you need pest control. I got a card from Louis Sanchez recently. I called the office because I wanted to make sure he is working with Covid going on right now. Front office was very nice and professional and said I could reach him on his cell. I called and left a Voicemail with my name and number. A week goes by so I call again leaving my name and number both times saying I need service. A week later I still have no reply. All I can say is the front desk was amazing but lack of wanting a new customer gives them a one star.
