This place makes it so easy for you. You have something that youve lost the box for and you need to ship it back... Theyll box it for you. They pack the shipments really well. Their manager, Pat, is the best. Shes friendly but highly competent. I trust her & this business and they meet all my shipping needs.

Dealt with a rude/angry customer of mine with marked professionalism and then spent lots of time advocating for me when FedEx messed up a shipment. An exceptional level of service not seem much in todays world. Six stars.

Less than 1 star, very rude and not helpful at all. I would recommend going somewhere else that knows about customer service!
