These people go beyond great customer service. I’m always amazed at how they handle huge work loads in a professional manner.

I really enjoy going here. It really makes dropping packages off very enjoyable. The people working there are all very respectful and nice to talk to.

Wonderful customer service but it’s sadly overshadowed by the fact that none of the workers were wearing masks...only face shields, which does nothing for anyone without also wearing a mask. The lady who helped me was very sweet and had a beautiful smile but with over 500,000 deaths in the US alone you’d think your company would hold a higher stander.

The staff at this store is very helpful. We have been helped so many times and every visit has been a success!

The ladies here are always nice. The only time I didn’t receive my mail here was my fault for sending it to the wrong place! Very happy with this mail service.

Saddened to see customer service be so ugly and unprofessional because of peoples differences in beliefs and lifestyle. From my understanding, the law states its illegal to turn away a customer with or without a mask. Its illegal to mistreat a customer with or without a mask. If a witch came in, would you turn her away? If a Satanist walked in, would you mistreat them? Also, being in a town where everyone goes to church and believes in Jesus, actions show otherwise and its disgusting. I hope soon, everyone will realize their foolishness over a government made flu.

Said I was supposed to get my package 2 days ago. Still waiting on my package. Looked up tracking number. Says in transit scheduled to be on time 2 days ago. 1 star for communication alone. I just hope what Im getting isnt also broken

Brought a prepaid return to the store. Counter personnel said that cannot bring that here. I said that it was a return Then kept asking if it was chemical and can not ship. Told her No it was an electrical car charger.THEN said Who drives an electric car. Rude will drive to another location

Went not knowing which was the best way to ship my item, staff already knew the shipping was on the return company, made my life so easy. Everyone friendly and willing to help.

Get my mail there because I live out in the country and postal services dont deliver packages. Nice, courteous and professional people work there. Been doing all my printing, banners and signs done there, too.

These people love to take down reviews they don’t like THEY ARE RUDE,NASTY,UNPROFESSIONAL BULLIES.

The lady that runs the store is a freakin gem. All the employees are nice. I come here way too frequently for work, and its always enjoyable.

Very rude, poor customer service. Don’t bother dropping a package off here or rent a mailbox at this place. This use to be a friendly location but now all employees look equally miserable due to management . print services available are over priced. If you check around you can find those services at affordable prices on the internet or Office Depot. Horrible horrible management DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
