I had an 8am appointment at Mikes for an oil change. I showed up a few minutes early and was told I was first in line. I asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes. After hearing nothing at 10am, I called to see if it was ready and maybe they had neglected to call. No, they hadnt started on it yet. I cancelled my 11am meeting and waited. It was after 1pm when they finally called. And the charge was $134, including $31 for an air filter which I hadnt requested. Very disappointed in the service.

They fixed our damaged tailpipe promptly on a Friday afternoon. They were friendly, efficient and professional.

Pros: I was traveling from California to Arizona Sedona for Vacation. On the way there I realized that my vehicle has bad alignment after a suspension lift was installed. Called around and most folks had no space to take me same day. Mikes team told me to come on down. Mike worked on alignment and saved my trip. Vehicle is safe to drive again and tracks perfect.Cons: Team did not notify me of an extra charge for steering wheel to be set straight after the alignment. However since mike did a great job I am still giving them 5 stars. Would suggest they are very thorough and explain to the customer about chargers.

I really wanted to be a good client unfortunately I wont go back.I own a moving company locally have plenty of vehicles and plenty of work that needs to be done.After taking one truck which they did an amazing job on the alignment!!Then I was charged an additional $65 to change a fuse. Really!even after I said I know its a fuse?I bring another truck today and get charged $50 for them tell me i need to fix other parts before then can align it.No worries I have mechanics we have the work done and bring it back.I dont understand this $50? Or the $65 ?Big O will tell you same stuff and not charge you.Beyond disappointment as local and local business owner.Thank you!

Nice guys, they fixed my misfire issue and even stayed a half hour past closing to get the job done, so I could get back on the road. Would recommend!

Repeat customer here, but no more. Scheduled an alignment. After looking vehicle over play was found in rack. I opted not to get alignment but to replace part on my own and come back. Charged me 20$! “Free alignment check” sign in window. Lol. I will go to Navaros tire or even if O where they will not charge you for checking front end before alignment.

Charged $1000 for the work and yet did not put hex screw back on the rotors. Too expensive poor quality

Brought it in for an alignment and I just had a big inspection at another Sedona shop after the oil change and these guys caught the things the other shop missed, like needing coolant flush and a fuel valve, pretty vital before a 2000 mile drive. Real glad I brought my car into this place first. Thank you!

Excellent service

I only gave it 5 stars because I have not taken my car there. However, I deliver cooking oil to the restaurant next door. Every time I go there, the sweetest old Labrador comes to visit me. Hes like 100 dog years old and has become the mascot to Mikes. If you are in Sedona and near this establishment, stop by and visit that sweet old dog and say hi to Mike.

Mikes was great, had some repair work that needed done and he jumped right into giving me a very reasonable estimate. The amount of work and the surprisingly bad shape of my truck made me forgo the work but their knowledge and apparent expertise was spot on.

When you are traveling, it can be intimidating to find fair and honest mechanics willing to help you out. Where do you even start looking? Very happy I came upon these guys. I can’t say enough positive about my experience with Mike’s Alignment & Muffler Service. The employees were great and they took care of my muffler issue in no time. Highly recommended.

I had an exhaust leak at a cracked weld. It would have cost me nearly $900 to replace the pipe. They removed the pipe and re-welded the entire seam for less than 1/4 of the cost. Works great. I would definitely bring my car there again. Highly recommended.

My Spring break trip to Sedona started with a low rock smacking my exhaust pipe and catalytic converter when parking at the campsite. They realized I needed some help so I can enjoy my vacation, they got me in to check it out the same day. I dropped the car, went for a quick mountain bike ride and they fixed it in less than two hours. Very reasonable priced, honest and professional service. I greatly appreciate their service!

Hands down the best shop in town. Being a mechanic myself I am always skeptical of where I take my vehicles. At Mikes I dont ever have to worry. I know my cars are in good hands, and will be taken care of for a very reasonable cost. These guys have my business for the long run.

I do know about these guys. They are 5 star, look at all the other reviews. If they recommend a maintenance its because your vehicle needs the maintenance. They have taken care of all my vehicles for years now. I do not accept anything less than great service.

I own a local repair shop in Sedona as well and we use Mikes Alignment for all of our alignment and exhaust needs, They have a great team and everyone is professional. We have never had an issue with any work theyve done. I have lived in Sedona all my life and Mikes alignment has been here as long as I can remember. That alone speaks volumes. Fast efficient little pricey but worth it

Had a small leak. They replaced the water pump and belt. The bill was a little less than the estimate. Ive used them before. Local reference. Friendly and fair price. I highly doubt they would sell you something you dont need.

I dont know about these guys. I feel like there may be some ethical challenges at this mechanic shop. I took my car in for a basic oil change. They tried to get me to do work that isnt necessary. It was the ol serpentine belt scam. I refused to do it, but now my car runs a little funny... not good. Let them touch your car at your own risk.

I needed an alignment for a 2004 VW Touareg with a V10. Theres always been issues with the alignment. When I returned Mike took the time to go over what he found and what needed to happen in the future.I was frustrated when I had the VW dealer do the alignment last time. They were short and did not give me any information about what they did except to say they welded something. Mike told me what was welded, why and what needs to happen. It felt good to be spoken to as an equal not someone who cannot understand what he was sharing. Thanks Mike you are my man moving forward!
