I joined The Max Challenge in January and it truly has been a life changing experience! I decided to join after hearing so many positive reviews from my own friends that joined. The Max truly cares about you making sure you meet your goals. They guide you, they support you and most importantly..they keep you accountable. They provide a plan from nutrition to a wonderful shopping list and recipes that just make it easy! Join the Max at Secaucus..I promise you, you wont be disappointed! The staff is more like a family!

My experience with the max Challenge of Secaucus has been amazing! Zamir and the team of instructors are very professional, they motivate, never judge and they put a lot of effort to ensure that every one gets the most out of each session. I only have great things to say about Zamir and the max Challenge of Secaucus, I highly recommend!
I love this place. I enjoy all of the trainers. Everyone is just so supportive and genuinely want to see you succeed, whatever that may mean to you as an individual. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. It’s worth the money 100% I’m so glad I did this for myself.

The max is an amazing program that everyone and anyone can benefit from. Having a huge support system and place to go every single day makes exercising and changing your life for the better so easy. Every day is a different workout and it never gets boring. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and I’m only half way through. Join the max, you will not regret it. A truly great program that fosters fitness and nutrition program. The fitness directors and manager are dedicated to their clients and are an amazing support system. Come check out the program itinerary and see for yourself! Great work out times at 5 days a week at 45 minutes a day, fantastic variety of workout sessions, nutrition guide and dedicated fitness directors and manager who refer to their clients as family. I cant express how influential they are in helping me to achieve my personal journey to become a healthier me. I hope my review encourages you to begin yours with them.

I truly enjoy working out the MAX Secaucus because the instructors are energetic, encouraging and motivating. The workouts are filled with variety and the groups are very diverse, so it’s hard to get bored. And they make working out fun - setting new challenges for the groups and encouraging each person as an individual to bring their best game, every time. I know for at least 45 minutes of my day, I’ll have a positive moment when I feel good physically and mentally and it’s all because of the team at The MAX Secaucus. Thanks team!
I love that the Max works with you to commit to your fitness, nutrition, and weight loss goals at your own pace. They’re positive reinforcement assists me with setting personal goals and better yet, providing me with the tools necessary to make them a reality. My instructor and classmates encouragement really helps with my confidence and keeps me wanting to come back.
I wont say that I love waking up at 5:30 in the morning to get to my class, but I will say that its an absolutely great fitness program. The workouts are both effective and fun and the instructors are supportive. Worth the financial investment! I especially like that I get the workout that I need in only 45 minutes and dont waste time like I did at the gym.
The MAX of Secaucus is great!!! I was very reluctant before joining, but everyone is super supportive and helpful! The classes go so fast, you dont even feel like youre working out for 45 minutes. Ive been recommending it to all of my friends and family! :)

I never thought I would say going to the gym is fun and exciting but here I am six weeks later and I love it. Everyday is a new adventure when you walk through those doors. The trainers aren’t your regular guy and gal who stands in front and yells out the next move or exercise. They are so engaging and truly care about each individual personally. The say you have a max family when you join and they couldn’t be more correct. The strength these trainers and other individuals in my class have given me is more than I could have ever imagined. I am so happy I joined and can’t wait to see what the rest of these weeks have in store. If you ever had any doubt throw it out the window and come for a sample class, you won’t regret it! Brand new, clean, and overall the best!
Great program, awesome instructors who work with you based on your capacity every exercise can be modified to your own comfortable level. Love the energy that instructors and people who workout bring in. I would recommend everyone to try the program atleast once and I bet you would never want to leave.

The MAX Challenge of Secaucus provides a great environment to become a better you because of the strong team that Zamir has put together. Every time you walk on the floor your feel safe and every time you walk out you feel better. I have experienced a couple of the lead instructors and have enjoyed each class. The program sets you up for success and helps you stay on track. What I particularly like about it compared to other programs is the weekly schedule of cardio, arms/legs, and kickboxing days. It keeps you interested throughout the week, keeps you coming back, and never makes you feel like you are stuck in a day-to-day routine. I would definitely recommend the MAX Challenge to anyone trying to change it up, whether it being to lose weight, change their diet, or the way the work out. The MAX Challenge of Secaucus has it all!
After having two kids and going back to work at night, health took a back seat for me. So, thanks to my husbands cousing who introduced me to THE MAX FAMILY OF SECAUCUS because, not only its a group workout that doesnt leave you unmotivated but it boost your confidence to the MAX no pun intended. Working with group of people in different ages, gender,shapes, sizes and health background while seeing each other push and cheer on each other is a great motivation enough for me to be healthy and focus on ME. The dietary guidelines at first are tough but realize that its for me, for life longevity made me set goals and maintain them. So, if you are on the fence and wondering what The Max Life is about attend one of their many free trials. The friendly coaches/instructors are always there just a phone call away ready to help and motivate you. Trust me it works! As long as you set your goal of a healthier you, then The Max Challenge is for you!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Every fitness level can conquer every class.I am thoroughly impressed with the well thought out design of each of 45-minute workout: 10 minutes moderate-intense warm-up, stretch, approx. 30 minutes of intense and varied exercise movements, approx. 10 minutes of cool-down/abs.After undergoing shoulder surgery to repair the damage that the wear and tear of conventional weight training, I decided to giver Max a try.I have never tried H.I.I.T. training in the past. I am receiving remarkable results in muscle groups that I have never been able to target before in every area of my body. I used to do a lot of weight training and standard cardio (i.e. treadmill or elliptical) and this would require a commitment of two (2) hours per day to see any real results. No matter how dedicated I was to such a rigorous workout scheduled with maximum effort, I never received the same type of results that I am getting now from only a 45-minute workout. Sure, I cut body fat and my muscles got large, but I wasn’t necessarily fit; I may have looked it, but I dont believe I truly was. Not to mention, injury is inevitable in that old fashioned workout regimen.Through my workouts with Max, I know Ive strengthened every muscle group in my body, my body shape has changed for the better as Im toning and making my muscles leaner and stronger, and, I think my body has become more resistant to injury as the smaller groups and fast twitch fibers have all been awakened, for lack of a better term.The Max regimen has also left me pain free from shoulder surgery.
I love the entire atmosphere at work out class. Trainers are amazing. Best part is there is no machine its only full body work out. They keep a track if you dont go to a class and will follow up. I am just lovin it. Will definitely reccomend to everyone to join to stay healthy.
