Every time I go in to do Moneygram, they are very quick & efficient. So much better than stand at that Walmart line! I notice they know all their customers and greet them by name. That says a lot about them. They even greet me by name and I’m not even a regular! I recommend this place.

I purchased a Netspend card at a different store, I was having trouble activating, loading just working the card itself I went into this store bc google suggested it was the nearest place that dealt with Netspend. The staff went out of their way to help me even though I did not purchase the card from them or was their customer. They called the card company to help me set up account and help with my concerns. I will re load my card at this location from now on! They left me with a great impression of the company.

I had over heard from a friend of a friend of mines how badly they mistreated one of their employees. I was so horrified on what I heard. My friend said this girl was being questioned if she had any knowledge on cleaning carpets properly. Then went further on and questioned her how she clean at home. As if she was there to clean carpets and not process pay day loans. And mind you this, she was one of the corporate managers insulting her employees abilities. If I were in that position I would have responded in a different matter because of how disrespectful she was being. there are way to point out ones mistake. As if she was the only worker there. One more thing, they told her she needed to take time off to see a psychiatrist and come back with a note saying she didn’t have anger issues. When she didn’t even yell at her not once. I’m just defending whoever this girl is and for everyone else this workplace gives you no respect. So I strongly discourage anyone to seek employment here.
