If you want to send a package to the foreign country, please be careful.You have to check the price at USPS website.Office workers dont know details.Actually, I paid more than 20 dollars extra.But they are friendly and you dont have to wait long.

At least once a month I don’t get a letter or package on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. I have the informed delivery set up on my phone and often the letter will come days later. I’ve had packages with tracking on them say failed delivery when the driver never even stopped. I’ve had the driver put packages into the area in front of my door where it’s obvious the water gathers. When I get the mail delivered it comes somewhere 5-7 pm.

I also get notices saying that they were unable to deliver to my work place which oddly enough is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Why be untruthful? We are not in town and you didn’t try to deliver. This is the 4 th time.

I would give Daryl a 10 million stars because the he helped me out to fill up the application for the PO box and the heat help me out to put a change of address too.. great job Daryl

Gives me nothing but trouble. Gives me permission to move my box then turns around and after 2 times of delivering my mail they put my mail on hold with out giving me notification. Then i have to forward my mail to my parents, After a month of forwarding, they deliver a letter to my address, then 2 weeks later they deliver a package to my house when its supposed to be forwarded. I had 2 packages supposed to be delivered to my home, one was forwarded no problem but the other was stuck, I get told by the post office well it shows the sender was too cheap to forward the package so it has been disposed of So they threw away my package. I contact the company that sent the package and they tell me that is supposed to be sent back to sender if it can not be delivered. So the post office likes to throw away peoples packages. Good job guys.

They are doing you a favor by giving you service . No hi, no bye . No information . Didn’t even say a word . When the address was wrong on the label typed up the clerk said “ they go by the address you write on package “ horrible service . It’s a shame . I should feel welcomed and not like I am going to court house .

Tracking a package that was suppose to be delivered 2-22-17 according to tracking info package was with carrier to be delivered mailman came and went with no delivery tried calling post office line has been busy started calling at 3:40 of course they close at 4:30 so no chance of reaching anyone good old make the line busy

The post office at Lakeshore made me an appointment to submit my passport application then turned me away because they were to busy when I came in two weeks later so I went here. Despite being busy herself the great postal employee (Nichele) made time to get my application in even though i had no appointment and there were less employees working here than at the lakeshore branch.

You never have to wait long and the workers are very helpful and friendly

Why is a package with tracking number listed as “out for delivery “ not delivered that day?

Trying to figure out where my package is since tracking said out for delivery but havent recieved it yet i gave them a call and whoever answered the phone was very rude and didnt seem like she wanted to answer my questions and just kept telling me if it says out for delivery then its out when i tried to ask another question she just kept getting ruder so i hung up i will not be calling this post office again a person cant even ask a question without getting rude or snippy remarks
