I love the atmosphere at my local PF. When I walk in its like walking into a friends house. Everyone is smiling and welcoming and helpful. Orlando does a great job behind the counter along with his other colleges Devonte, Nathan, Owen, Justin, and Araceli. I have noticed that we got some new people on the team and they are being trained wonderfully! They are fast learners and maintain the same energy when I walk in! Vincent, our trainer, is very knowledgeable. Even though I am a trainer myself, he teaches me things I wasnt aware of on the machines. Allowing my workout to be more challenging and different Its always clean & the crew is always fun & professional!

Entire facility clean in every corner, bathrooms excellent conditions and sanitized. This is truly a no judgement gym. The staff here is great, and the facility is clean and sanitized. Great variety of equipment and they have classes for everyone. If youre looking to get on a healthy track this is the place to go.

I love Planet Fitness, I go to that gym 3 times a week, I always have in house access to a professional for any questions i may have or more info about the right posture concerning complicated exercises and I get a massage from the best massage chairs Ive ever tried in my life...

The trainer doesnt seem very motivated to motivate me. His license states that he was trained and certified the year 2021. A better Improvement would be an experienced personal trainer with 2 or more years of experience and not someone who printed his certificate himself. Other than that the place is well cleaned and very friendly. Love all the perks as a new member.

One of the nicest PFs I have been in. Everything was very clean, locker rooms included !! Staff was very friendly even at 3am :). Tanning rooms were immaculate and spacious.

I absolutely love this place! Nice environment, fun, relaxing after a hard day of work! Its also exciting to have a great place to go knowing Im going to be leaving feeling better about myself and knowing Im doing something great for my body, health, mind, spirit and soul! Love it!

I went to clear up a billing dispute and the manager, Justin, and the other team members were very helpful and understanding. I really appreciate the time they took to make things right for me.

I really like to workout at planet fitness. They have a great friendly staff Megan is one of the managers in planet fitness is she willing to help you if you have questions.

Nice location. Very clean. Staff are all friendly. Only complaint is that this location does not have the Total Body Machine. Numerous tanning beds but no Total Body.

Justin and Meghan are AWESOME!! Theyre very knowledgeable polite friendly and treat you as if you are part of the team when signing up. Great Customer service. Another great customer service person is Orlando he too was friendly and polite and took time to help me with my phone signing in. Awesome workers

Very Clean Club - Staff has always been Professional and Helpful. One Negative - The Club TRAINER (Vincent) IS USELESS. Watching and listening to him in front of me (I am on the Treadmill), he spent 30 minutes hitting up on Female Customers on a Friday afternoon, I was the ONLY client on Monday morning, he was his phone and told me he was BUSY and didnt have TIME FOR ME.Why do the owners always shift the responsibility to the managers. Maybe the owners comments should read:Thank You for the Feedback, let me (the owners) discuss the issue with my Managers and not the Guest.

Great facility with super friendly staff. The gym is always clean and staff are continuously cleaning and checking equipment. Everyone is respectful and wearing masks and cleaning equipment after they use it.

Stole money off my card. Never even stepped foot in the building. They are now refusing to cancel my contract and are continuing to charge my card after I requested a termination of contract. Poor customer service. 140 dollars and didn’t even go one time. Oh well

Great place to work out or relax in Sebring. If you need a massage they offer hydro massage beds as well as deep tissue massage chairs for black card members. This place also has tanning beds for members as well as the huge variety of work out equipment to choose from. Everyone working here is really helpful and very friendly as well. Highly recommended to stop in and see what they are about if your looking for a membership and your in the sebring area.

We called to freeze our account due to Covid infection (Sebring, Fl branch). However the planet fitness unable to help freezing the account. According to him we need to go there in-person to cancel or freeze (sarcastic voice). Poor customer service, unable to help customer circumstaces due to the pendemic.

Excellent service and extensive equipment. The staff constantly cleans the equipment. The location is a plus, since is inside the mall, although you access the gym from outside.

Manager Justin is very unprofessional and argumentative with customers. I would not recommend this place unless you like being called names and laughed at by the store manager. They will take unnecessary payments and then give you the run around for several weeks only to not give it back after saying they even messed up on their end.

Had to deal with a financial mess after they took a payment that was not needed. Was promised Id get the money back and never did. Called 3 weeks later and the manager Justin wouldnt listen to the entire story and started calling me a D-bag mid sentence because I was upset that money was taken at Christmas time and that I was lied to by another member about it. Very very unprofessional.

Its super clean friendly and it feels safe to be back in the gym!

During this pandemic and going through the death of my 4 year old son they charged me my monthly and a year fee after I talked to someone saying I was going to cancel because I did not have the money all they said is you had enough time to cancel. My son freaking died !! Are you kidding me enough time. I don’t have the money !! I’m laying a funeral ! I’m paying a burial ! I’m paying a head stone !!! The pandemic has everyone without jobs !!! Never doing business with them ever again

Ever since I first heard of planet fitness Ive heard of theyre lunk alarm and Ive had a stigma about this gym. But when they came to sebring I finally decided to give them a try. After going to this gym since they opened in February Ive been impressed. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean.
