Got the 3D lash promo for $100. The place isn’t clean. They need to vacuum and dust more often. It’s also located in an apartment and you can hear people upstairs talking and banging while you’re trying to relax. The technician made an excuse about how my lashes are too sparse for a real 3D lashes and that I’m not being still enough. She suggested that I come back in 2 weeks for a refill and try to stay still next time. Hum... never had a problem at Noir Lash Lounge before. I guess I’ll be going back there instead. A much cleaner and professional place that Lash Addict.

Lash addict is the best place to get lash extensions in the city! Not only are my lashes the fullest they have ever been when Ive gotten extensions, and they last the longest. Im always able to get an appointment and the staff is so helpful and great at what they do. I highly recommend lash addict over all the others.

They have the best prices around, that’s for sure! Most of the ladies who have done my eyelashes have done great work, however, it felt like a few of them were rushing through the process and as a result I noticed that less than a week later a good amount of my eyelash extensions (not the eyelash) we’re falling out. The tables are very comfortable and the experience overall is great!

Suzie has been doing my lashes for the last 2.5 years. I would literally be completely lost without her. I religiously see her twice a month and every single time she works her magic and my lashes look absolutely amazing. Suzie definitely is my unicorn. Thank you Suzie, for always making me look amazing month upon month, you truly are the best!

Having fair skin and hair, i never thought id be able to enjoy thicker, fuller lashes until I found Susie! She changed my world with fabulous lashes that are just right in length and fullness. Hands down, the best lash place around.

Suzie is more interested in money than building a loyal customer base. I have been a customer for almost a year, going in twice a month. Recently someone from her store called and cancelled my appointment. I called back twice to reschedule but only reached VM. I was alerted to a charge and discovered I has been charged $60 so I called back. Got VM so I left a message. Suzie called me back and was very unpleasant to deal with. She basically called me a liar and refused to refund the charge. I have never missed an appointment. I have only been late twice and both times I called. The last time I was late I ended up paying for a full appointment for only a 15 min full but did not complain because I was late. I was very disappointed in how she talked to me and handled my situation. Please do not give her your business. If she screwed me chances are she will screw you over as well. All this over 1 appointment. She has lost a client for life. Sad thing is she does not even care because clients mean nothing to her. Guess she does not understand the concept of repeat business. Her loss!!!

Ive been following Suzie for the past 3.5 years at all her locations. She is a master at her art. A true lash stylist who matches the lashes to your eye shape. I told her I wanted my eyes to pop because Ive always had short lashes (always puffy in the morning that people think Ive been crying - no mascara have ever helped)....but didnt want drag queen long lolShe had one curl on me, but after awhile she wasnt happy with the way they looked. So she changed the curl on lashes....and bam! Didnt think my volume lashes could look better, but they did!!Best thing Ive ever done. LOW MAINTENANCE, no worries about water (other than 1st 24 hours) or heat. Sometimes I forget to even brush them. Trust me! You WILL be getting compliments because they absolutely make your eyes pop. No-one notices my puffiness anymore...doesnt look like Ive been crying like I used too lashless.

You can not possibly find a worse place to get your lashes done.It is already so schetchy that this place is inside of an old studio apartment with 3 massage beds crammed together. Then I learnt that the person who was doing my lashes was a different person from the one that I have booked. After 2hrs of lying in that bed super still, she told me that it was done, but she was only able to put 60% of the lash extensions on me because she could not see my thin lashes. She told me to go back there in a week for the refill to actually get a full set of lashes which I was supposed to walk out with and come back for a refill - a service I have already repurchased on groupon. Whatever, I thought, that was a waste of time. I have gotten lashes all the time from different places and this is absolutely the worst one. I scheduled an appointment with them to get refill anyway, but I decided to not go to my refill even though they really owe me a full set of lashes. After I told them that I was not going there, they informed me that they would charge me $20 for the appointment because I had signed an agreement with them.👀 But I already paid for this service! Not only did they tell me that they would not rebook me but also a $20 charge! Not that $20 is a lot of money that they stole from me, it is just very backwards. I still dont understand why they charged me $20 dollars for not going to a pre-paid appointment.Very shady business practice and bad lashes.P.S. This is my husbands google account. Lol
