Decent place, machines are fairly new and its clean. Definitely crackheads outside but... Its a laundromat, what are you gonna do. 🤷 As of mid 2019, a wash is 5.25 (huge machine, I put 4 towels and a blanket in it and could have put more).

OVERPRICED AND PETTY!The lady at the laundromat would run to a washer or dryer whenever she saw me headed towards it. She works there and has the entire laundromat to herself, but decided to run to the washer I wanted to use, or the dryer that I began walking to, and each time responded with “I need it.” I was headed towards the only big dryer open (she was already using the other ones) and when she noticed she ran towards it, put a sticky note on it, and threw a sock inside. It felt like she was intentionally being petty. With all of the laundromats in this area, this is definitely one I’ll never return to. Other ones near by are definitely cheaper, and the attendants are much more polite and considerate.

If youre open until 9 dont close down at 8.My washer was broken so I needed to find a place to wash a single load and this was the closest place open until 9. I got in at 8:07 and the lady said I was too late. Fair, if I was doing a full load, but washing alone takes a half hour. She rolled her eyes and I continued on. The place was about half full when I got there so its not like I was the only person using the machines. The only other interaction I heard her have with a customer while I was there was yelling at a guy who was drying his clothes because he had used a machine shed already cleaned for the night.I had to run to the Grocery Outlet next door to get change because this place charges $3.25 a washer. Having used a local laundromat at my last place, I can tell you that $3.25 for a washer alone is insane, and I only brought $2.50. She yelled at me to hurry when I told her I would be right back. When all was said and done, I was at this place for just over a half hour and left at 8:45, still 15 minutes before closing and while other peoples laundry was still in several of the machines. I found the owners demeanor in this half hour to be both unfriendly and unprofessional, mostly centered around her closing up shop at 8 when the sign says shes open until 9 and then getting angry at patrons for having the gall to want to use the facilities until the posted closing time. I will never go back here. Plus, its a total rip-off. There are other places in the area that are cheaper and not rude.On the plus side, the woman at the Grocery Outlet next door was nice and the chocolate I bought there to get cash back was good.

Park your car at your own risk! Do not go here. The machines are not cheap. There is constant loitering of homeless people and heroin addicts. I was doing my laundry my tank top kind ripped. I asked to use the key for the restroom she wouldnt give it to me. I was a customer doing my laundry. Totally GHETTO! I had to fix my top in the car in front of the loitering homeless. I had walk past the homeless broken tank top strap. Ill never go there again. Im clean have a job wearing nice jewelry. I dont deserve that. She said it was broke after I just used it, while standing right by the door earlier. She could let me in there regardless, so I had somewhere to fix my tank top strap. I wish I could give zero Stars! WHAT A MEAN Beeeach! Petty and rude is exactly the right. They do not like white people! Rascist!

The women working was very kind and helpful. First time using the laundry mat. They have nice big washer that are ACTUALLY clean and will sanitize you clothes. Their prices are very fair to drop your clothing off to be washed, dry and folded for pick up compared to other locations in the same area. Customer service, polices, and cleaness are well mantained. Also well the overall vibe of this location. I felt safe and was able to use wifi while I waited for all my laundry to dry. You must wash and dry your clothes which I appreciate this policy so I know my items will be clean when I leave. Also no shoes are allowed in the dryers so I wont find clumps dirt from dryers in my clean clothing for work. Overall Im very pleased with my experience today and will definitely come here again to clean my clothes or use her drop off service.

Owner is very nice and respectful and the place is clean. Been going here for three years. Only issue is that the plaza is a cesspool for homeless people and they like to block the entrances to the laundromat or pick fights with people. Come in earlier during the morning or early afternoon to avoid them.

Dont let the location of this place fool you. The machines were new and clean. Not to mention the assistant tending customers was terrific. She even paid for me to start my wash while I went next door to grab cash. She also greeted a few regulars as if they were in her home. Very nice atmosphere and friendly. If youre in need of wash and fold or just washing/drying, this place is for you.

Really clean, the machines always working well, but best of all, EXCELLENT customer service. The attendants are always extremely friendly and welcoming (and get to know you as a regular very quickly). And if you need anything at all, theyre quick to help, even with issues you didnt ask help for! Its a small facility and things can get a little cramped lol. But there are plenty of machines and Ive never had to wait to use one, even at its busiest. Also nice is the machines run on quarters rather than laundry cards (which not only is added money the first time, but also if you forget your card, you have to waste money on a new one every time you do) and there are change machines to give you quarters for $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills. The only issue there is, no ATM on site, so be sure and get cash before. But just in case you forget, there is a Grocery Outlet right next door.

The owner is always friendly and happy, and there are thoughtful touches throughout, it makes the place comfortable. It’s clean. Sometimes fabric softener is gunked into the smaller machine dispensers but this is a universal problem at laundromats and you can usually find a machine or two that is clear. If not, the bigger machines are always clear.PS to the previous comment about doing laundry around homeless people and junkies... it’s a laundromat, it’s right off lake city way. What are you expecting? Bloomingdales? Grow a pair. In any laundromat there will be disadvantaged populations, people who can’t do their laundry at home for various reasons, and marganilized people are more prone to suffer the effects of repression; including poverty, homelessness, and sometimes substance abuse. But, I’ve never seen anyone fitting the description of homeless or high at this place.

Rihanna said it best, Where have you been all my li-i-i-i-ife. Dont judge a book by its cover, and dont judge a laundromat by its beige outdated appearance. These washer put in work, $3 for the single loaders and they give you all your monies worth. Ill take a 40 minute wash cycle over free wifi anytime. I couldnt believe it when my washer didnt wreak of mold and mildew, what a bonus.Where in Seattle (hell King County) do you get 7 minutes for 25¢ on a dryer, that fully dries a load in less than 30 minutes; you guessed it Lake City Maytag Laundromat.

Great street view!Ive seen less bush in a 70s porn movie!!!Its the U.N. of laundromat.Fully wrapped muklabah woman was speaking on her phone that was jammed between her ear and the HALALAH head scarf she was wearing.Oblivious the the guy behind her who cleared said EXCUSE ME.She left the dryer door wide open to nail someone in the face too.3rd world mentality right here at home! Two tvs that are older than the customers. Mindless foreigners gathered around it.Dryers took a long time.More than most places Ive visited.Only good was the attendant.Looked like CHARLIE from SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA but with long hair.He was personable and attentive to the stores needs.Nice enough to let a last minute couple do 3 loads of laundry that barely skirted closing time.4* staff. Bathroom key. Clean place.3* facility.2* dryers bec they didnt heat quickly.Redheads rule! See picture.
