This place is super clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A member of the team is constantly on his feet, cleaning machines, sweeping and wiping things down. They have multiple T.Vs with cable playing, a snack machine thats surprisingly cheap (with the best snacks in there), a surprisingly cheap soda machine, and also a vending machine that sold all sorts of detergent, dryer sheets, bleach, fabric softener etc. The washers and dryers are quick and inexpensive. We have our washer fixed now, but this place made my experience a lot easier! Thank you A & B!

First time here and chose it cause of the amazing reviews. I needed explanation how to pay and the guy working explained it well enough. However, when I asked why I couldn’t add the exact amount for 3 loads of laundry x $6.25=$18.75, he nearly bit my head off “If you’re that picky, then I won’t help you”. Therefore, I added $19 and will lose a quarter. It’s only a quarter he said. Money is money. Answer the question without attitude. A mere, I don’t know would’ve been better than the response I received. Because I asked a logical question, I deserve a defensive answer. No! Worst customer service! I’ve worked in retail for many years at Nordstrom so I know it’s a hard industry. Help the customer respectfully even if you think they’re question is dumb to you. That’s your opinion. Your job is to provide service and make the customer feel good about your service. Last time coming here!

Of course the business could not afford rocket scientist. Patience with the language barrier. Other than that, the place is excellent for what you want to do. Laundry.

This place is beautiful...as far as laundromats go. I like that this place is large and has plenty of washers and dryers to go around. I like that they use a credit system on a plastic card so I dont have to worry about getting quarters or cash before I show up. I like that the owner/manager was around so if I had a question, he was right there. They had a bathroom, they had vending machines for snacks and washing supplies. They had TVs, it was like an actual laundromat. Prices were a little higher, but I will gladly pay that for a nicer facility. Bravo!

I do my laundry here every week. Its a great substitute when I dont currently have facilities at home. The owners keep it extremely clean, they have many machines, so theres always some available. They use cards instead of coin much more convenient. You can add money to your card with cash or credit/debit.

I had a really great first experience. I’m staying in an AirBNB that doesn’t have a wash. Because of the virus going around I was really nervous about doing my laundry in public. When I first walked in the place looked very clean and smelled fresh. I was greeted by a gentleman that helped me get detergent, pick out a wash for the size of clothing I had and helped me get a card to pay and how much I needed. He also showed me where to properly put the detergent and how to use the machines. I never asked for help, he was just kind enough to help me.He was also wiping down, sweeping, sanitizing, had a mask and gloves on the 2 hours I was there. You don’t need cash for the machines. You do need cash to use the vending machines for detergent or snacks. Glad I came to this spot. Great expense! Thanks :)Your new friend from New Zealand!

All Electrolux washers & dryers. There are four different washer capacities, up to a 75 lb load. One type of dryer which is large capacity, and all dryer settings are 9 minutes for 50 cents. Always an attendant on duty. You can buy laundry supplies here, and there is a restroom for customers.

My neighbor and I came to this place we love it. First thing we noticed was the cleanliness. Very impressed we will be coming back here when our laundry room is not available at our apartment complex.

Homer was guide through my wash. All machines are operated by prepaid card that you have to purchase in house. Dont bring your loose change or quaters, they wont work. The place is very clean with two huge flat screen tvs. Expensive thought, bring a fat wallet. On the up-side the place is clean and the washers dont smell like rotten clothes.

I have a broken dryer at home. I came here to dry my clothes after washing (at home). I was turned away because you are required to wash your clothes there in order to use the dryers!

The old machines were great but these new ones are even better! It’s always clean, quick, and friendly service here. On a personal note I am glad to always feel welcomed no matter how I come in looking (messy tired hair or obvious lazy clothes I just put on for laundry day, and due to the fact I need to wash a lot of clothes). Even the bathroom is nicely maintained, which is honestly a plus for me. They also provide snack machines and TV’s on each side to pass the time too. I am a regular here and even though the price went up a bit in the washer loads, I don’t mind it because I know I always get a great clean here.

This place is always packed, which is nicer in a way from the sketchy West Seattle Coin Laundry, where its not uncommon to have homeless guys sleeping inside and hassling customers for money.The downside is: its extremely competitive, loud, and there isnt much space (definitely not enough seating or carts). But most people mind their own business and just want to get their laundry done.The prices are a little steep, and in our washer, someone before us had washed their kitchen uniform which was covered in rancid oil; which then ruined our uniforms.If you dont mind fighting for machines and dont need a place to sit, its not horrible. The owner was extremely kind and the employees were super friendly and seemed to take their jobs seriously; which is extremely rare, these days.If our clothes hadnt gotten trashed from an inconsiderate idiot, wed have obviously been a lot happier.
