🚨Warning!🚨 F45 is addicting. Youll want to go every day and youll see actual results! Love the group environment and everyone is friendly. I always leave dripping with sweat and grinning ear to ear. The trainers at the Ballard location are fantastic and can work with a wide range of abilities.

Finally!!! A F45 franchise makes it to Ballard. Great new studio with workouts that alternate between cardio and weights. Warning- the workouts are difficult and will challenge anybody, which is the point right?!
