One of our vendors referred us to EuGenius Solutions.Our server was running slow and we brought them to review. Turns out we had a ton of viruses bogging down the system.They removed all the viruses and things were loading fine again. A couple months later we started having inbound email issues with our outlook premium. We tried working with Microsoft tech support and their response time was extremely slow. EuGenius recommended we do an Office 365 business premium migration with hosted exchange and migrate all of our PST files and other IMAP/POP mailboxes. We decided to move forward and everything has been running solid since. During the migration a RAM upgrade was also recommended to all our systems that needed it. They advised us on the size and type required as well as installation instructions on how to do it ourselves. They were also willing to come on-site and help if needed at no extra cost.A great company to work with.

Eugenius is a great choice if youre looking for a company that offers integrity, honesty, and highly-competent work. Shawn was great to work with. I am fairly tech savvy my-self but I was still having issues with my CenturyLink fiber internet speeds over Wi-Fi. I was getting my full speed via wired connection, but my wireless was spotty and about HALF the speed I was supposed to be getting, even being only a few feet from my router. When he came to my house, he was very surprised to be getting the same results as I was, despite going much deeper into the router than I ever could. He was initially unable to fix the slow Wi-Fi which he was blaming on my NetGear NightHawk router. He recommended an Asus router and assured me getting it would fix my problems. And he was absolutely RIGHT. After I got the new router, he was able to remotely help me get it set up and my Wi-Fi is now working flawlessly in all corners of my house. Even the 2.4Ghz band has gotten much stronger signal and much faster speeds. I am finally getting the speeds I wanted when I got fiber internet all thanks to Shawn.
