We asked to clean just our kitchen and bathrooms, and were happy with the results and the process! The service had asked us questions about what we wanted and made an appointment; the 2 cleaners showed up right at the start of the appointment window and obviously had read the notes from us. They were friendly and efficient, talked to us for a minute about the job and asked about extra tasks to do if they finished up early. We opted to leave while they cleaned for everyones covid safety so they let us know it should take 3 hours; while we were on our way back they called to let us know they were finishing up. They did the extra task, which was lovely to come back to.

My assigned house cleaner has been good about learning some of the quirky details of my house. She does an excellent job and often adds some nice finishing touches. Shes also very good with my cat. On those rare occasions when she isnt available, April Lane communicates with me and sends out a substitute cleaner. They are very organized, working off notes about my house, so that the quality remains consistent. Ive been a satisfied client of April Lanes since 2010.

I love coming home on April Lane days. Of course the crew vacuums, mops, and dusts; but its the details that make all the difference: they clean the sink strainer until it shines; they polish the tray underneath my flour and sugar canisters. Our cleaner always does a fantastic job and its great that she is willing to work around our dog who isnt a fan of visitors or cleaning in general. I would highly recommend April Lanes Cleaning.

I am not a fan. They are not a flexible company. If youre the average cookie cutter client, theyll work with you. But when I was looking for a different payment style because of my vacation rental, they simply told me that they will not work with me.Having owner a housekeeping company in college, I know that customer service and flexibility around schedules is imperative.Good luck.

I have recently applied to work for this company. Apparently my resume wasnt even looked at. I have years of experience working in the cleaning industry with houses for rent or for Sale which require much more detail. I received an email that went something like this Adonis,Im so sorry but it is company policy not to hire anyone who lives far outside our service area, we dont feel its fair to ask anyone to spend that much time in their car. We have tried it before and the commute always becomes a problem. April Lanes Home Cleaning has been cleaning my house in Bellevue for the past 6 months. It wasnt until today that I realized they came over the pond to clean my Bellevue home every week (Bel-Red all the way off Lake Hills Blvd).
