Don is wonderful! He inserted a bathroom cabinet in our wall and helped with a drain issue as an extra service needed on my to do list. Don is professional, tidy and I trust him with my home repairs. I now have a long wish list and hope to have him back soon. I highly recommend his services!

Working with Don was a great experience from start to finish. He did a thorough job walking me through the scope of the project and talking over schedule, labor, and materials estimates. When the project began, he was prompt each day, respectful of our home, and I was very impressed with the progress he would make each day. At the end of each day we would discuss what progress was made and plan for the next day...it was very helpful to be kept informed of what was going on. At the end of the project we had a high quality repair that I knew was done right.In addition to a quality repair job, Don is a great guy who was a pleasure to work with. I recommend his services highly and will be reaching out to him again for any handyman services needed in our home.

We hired Don to work on a few small repairs at our house and one much bigger job. He was timely, thorough, and communicative throughout the process. When he was working on fixing the fan in our range hood and the latches on our windows, he took time to diagnose the problem and explain his findings to us before he started the repair. I really appreciated having insight into the issues, as well as Dons advice about what to do if issues persisted after repair.Our house was built in 1964 and has terribly creaky stairs that no one ever fixed -- not even when the basement was finished in the 80s! Wed had some flooring specialists come in to quiet them once, but their solution didnt last very long. Don spent the last part of the day investigating why the stairs were so creaky. Once he determined the source of the problem, he offered some recommendations for how he might fix them. We hired him to come back the next week where he took apart our stairs tread by tread and glued the boards back down. After two afternoons of work, we are so impressed by how quiet the stairs are now!Don clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, backed by years of expertise. I will definitely call Don again whenever my home needs some TLC.

Don is a true professional!When it came to our kitchen remodel I was overwhelmed with anxiety about hiring the right professional. Going through a terrible experience with remodeling in the past, I knew there are many things that can go wrong. Don at Northwest Pride came highly recommended. When I met Don, he was on time and listened very intently to all my wants and needs. He is very forward thinking. He even went the extra mile and suggested things to me, that being a non professional I would never have even thought of. He is very clear and has such an honest approach. He really takes pride in his work. Im so happy with the finished project!! I will not not need to find anyone new in the future. I plan to use him indefinitely. His professionalism, accountability, and honesty are unmatched.

Don made my day! Everything about his service was just perfect. He was responsive, friendly, flexible. I contacted him to fix my shower handles and he ended up helping me troubleshoot and fix 5 other things in my house...all within the hourly minimum. He will be my “go to” guy for any repairs moving forward. I work hard and do not have “fix it” skills. I deserve Don ‘cause I am worth it!

Don installed an over-range microwave/vent for us in our 1950s construction home. The kitchen had not previously been vented, so in addition to securing the microwave to the wall he also had to go through our ceiling/roof to install the vent. Lastly, he made a box to cover the venting so it all looked more attractive. All in all he did great, professional work, was very courteous and respectful about being in our home, and mindful about our sleeping toddler. We’ll hire him again in the future!
