I brought my car in for a small fender dent. I was beyond impressed. The communication was amazing, I never felt out of the loop. Mike even reached out to me the week after to confirm everything was going good. The service was quick and seamless. Will continue to go back and will recommend Fleurys from here on out.
I was impressed with the work they did to save my car after insurance-totaling damage. I appreciate Mikes understanding that I was on a budget but just couldnt look at the damage anymore. All considering, came out much better than expected and cost was only about 8% higher than his original quote. My ONLY issue was that in taking apart the trunk for body stretching, they put it back together not fully rewiring everything. The next day I notice my radio comes on but no sound comes out of the speakers. I have an amp in the trunk that got disconnected, forcing me to spend time pulling it back apart to try and figure out the cable connections. Granted, I called mike earlier that day about the issue and he told me to bring it by and hed take a look if I couldnt figure it out. Regardless, more attention to electronics when disassembling/reassembling interiors would be appreciated by all!
I brought my car in for a dent (on the exterior). Although the job was done well, they decided to clean the interior of my already super clean, new car with a product that is ONLY for windows and windshields (confirmed with the manufacturer of the product that this is NOT for other surfaces). The smelly product was used on the doors and on my car seat cushion. I managed to scrub it off the hard surfaces but could not remove it from the cushion. I never got a straight answer but it could be that the employee’s clothes were full of it when he sat in the car, or he left the rag on the seat too long. After over 2 months of painfully trying 30+ techniques to remove the HORRID smell, it still won’t come out. (I am allergic to fragrances and cannot use another fragrance to mask it.) This is a huge problem for me and I’ve had to sit on a towel because the smell transfers to my clothing. Detailing and cleaning should only be done with the proper products. I didn’t ask for this to be done either. My new car has been ruined by this permanent, gross smell. The owner showed me the product that was used, and I took a sniff of it-this is exactly the smell that is “stuck” in the seat cushion. The owner’s only response was to call me a scammer. I didn’t even get an apology after he did this to my new car.

I admitidly am a perfectionist when it comes to my car. Its 5 years old but looks brand new. I am SUPER picky about who works on her and I always berate them with a Million questions and pointed statements until I know the shop is a good one before I leave my car there. Mike always so patent with my questions and never talks down to me because Im a woman. He clearly knows his stuff, no question about that!Unfortunately people seem to like to run into my baby (2x rear end & 1 t-bone side colision) so this isnt my first rodeo with Mike.. This is the only place I will take my car to for any body or paint work. Every time something happens when I get her back she looks better than new! Also Mike always looks out for his costumers and is willing to give advice/ help with getting what you need from the ins. Co. ... Mike is also always willing to help with small fixes for dirt cheep (or free) that take a minute or two, for his costumers too... I Auto cross my car on the weekends sometimes and he has helped straighten body panels out which shifted slightly under extreme high g-maneuvers a few times. And Never charged me a dime for his time! ... he and his team always impresses me every time I bring her to him no mater what they do. He also installed after market lights in my car too and did a great job (as usual).Also Fleurys is the BEST place to get any paint work done. My husband took his Harley tins there and had them painted. Honestly I had no idea paint could look so damn good! Yes Im gushing but Mike is a true artist and always gives a more than fair price. So in my mind deserves the praise and deity title I have given him in my mind. He has a customer for life in me! (Obviously! 😜)
Mike was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful i traversing insurance companys. They did an AWESOME job! I got my car back in a timely manner in perfect condition, clean and smelling nice on the inside which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this body shop😊

Mike and team started off my assessment with confidence they were a good shop to use. I had moderate front end damage on a new moderate luxury SUV required a front end replacement. The assessment went quickly, but the repairs were extremely slow (a little under 3 months). This was in large part due to getting the parts in, but also because issues were uncovered during the repair process. Mike was communicative and felt forthcoming the entire time. Mike also demonstrated substantial quality by ensuring only new factory parts were used for my car, which was a major concern/request of mine. The final product looked great, but took a few return visits to iron out some final details. oh and note to self, dont leave your sunglasses in the car, the will disappear. My only complaints are (1) no paperwork, why cant I get paperwork - especially given the claim of a lifetime warranty. Every time I asked for it, I was told its not possible and that my insurance claim is my paperwork; (2) second complaint is that the car was parked on the street for the entire time at the shop, and was occasionally unlocked. I have an app for my car, and would have to periodically lock it remotely. The first time I noticed the car unlocked I went down to the shop and entered the car, noticing someone had reclined the front seat all the way back, rummaged through and dispelled the glove compartment components all over the passenger seat floor, and taken my sunglasses. Overall, I recommend Fleurys given the attention to detail. Id def use this shop again
I took my 1998 Lexus SUV here for bumper scratch repairs and had a great experience. Mike was super knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me work with the opposing insurance to make sure they had everything they needed on file. He quoted paint/scratch repairs for one side of the bumper, and when my car was done, he and his team ended up fixing the whole bumper, which had a few scratches on the other side as well. They did this work free of charge--super, super kind and thoughtful of them! I would go back here in an instant for any car work I need done. I highly recommend Fleurys!

This shop does beautiful work. My older vehicle was badly rear-ended but mechanically still in solid shape. The first auto body shop I took my car to declared it a total loss. Thankfully, Mike at Fleurys took it on and they did great work to get it repaired. They replaced the hatch back door and matched the color perfectly. It continues to work beautifully several years after the repair.
I have used Fleury’s Body Shop for 3 times over the last 10 years. A tree damage to Lexus GX 470 and later body repairs on two different Mercedes. Mike is an honest and professional owner. He does quality work and his prices are a lot better than Corporate Shops.It is a pleasure to deal with Mike, every time.Thank you.
My Honda Civic was stolen and when the police found it there was significant exterior body damage. My insurance didnt cover theft (or damage resulting from theft) and so I had to pay out of pocket. I told Fleurys this and also that I was kind of tight on money. They said they would try to locate used parts so the repairs would cost as little as possible. They were able to obtain the parts and they gave me a quote that was probably less than half of what it would have been otherwise. I felt that they really went the extra mile to do that for me, and they were very understanding of my situation. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Fleury’s is the very best auto body shop around! They are straight forward with the work that needs to be done at a fair reasonable price. They work well with insurance companies. Also, they are adding a new shop in Lynnwood, WA check it out in March 2020!

Despite many great comments here, I had the worst experience with them . The guy who own the place literally ripped me off . I took my car there after the accident I had about two month ago . I called him a couple weeks later to follow up ( no call from him ), he said your car is gonna be ready in two days, and he offered me to change the driver side mirror, which was not damaged in the accident. I asked the price, he told me 45 dollars, which totally made sense . I accepted . When I went there to get my car, he charged me almost six hundred dollars for a side mirror ( for Toyota Corolla ) . When I told him you told me 45 dollars before tax, he replied you didn’t get it right, since English IS NOT YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE He refused to remove the mirror either and he told me he ordered it and tore the package . He charged insurance for changing a new door and changing a tire about 3000 dollars and he charged me for a simple side mirror for 600 . I guess it only makes sense for him . Beside, he was supposed to change the passenger side door which he did, but the window doesn’t go up or down anymore . I was afraid to take it back there since I knew he would have charge me again .Totally disappointed.

I wasn’t that impressed. My hood has an uneven gap. They left the foot petal loose because it wasn’t aligned perfectly. More time should’ve been spent trying to align the cars frame. Its been over four years and I can see more and more what they didn’t do or take their time to do.
I hate to have to visit a body shop but if I have to this is the place. Work is done perfectly in general, the one small thing they messed up on they fixed immediately with zero hassle. The estimate process is very thorough and no surprises at the end. They fixed my Audi with zero bondo, using replacement parts. In the end it looked like just off the showroom floor. Ive used them twice and cant imagine going anywhere else.

Such amazing service. these guys are great! i went in on numerous occasions to get things checked out . The shop down the street was going to charge me $80 just to look at it. At Fleurys he took a few minutes to evaluate it, and fixed it right there on the spot, and did not even charge me. another time i went in to get my side mirror replaced, and while he was installing it he figured out why half my dash lights were not working and put in new fuses, which was a completely unrelated issue that i had not been able to figure out for months!!. so great to have people that you can trust, and when it is a quick fix, will not charge you top dollar, just because they can. they are very fair, honest, and efficient. If you want the job done right, this is the place to go! violet

It was a pleasure to do business with Mike Fleury and staff. From the moment we walked in to discuss our wrecked Camry we had great customer care. Mike quickly established a parts and pricing list and gave us a reasonable timeframe for completion of project. Mike worked patiently with us during the process and answered all questions to satisfaction. Needless to say the finished project was flawless, as good as new, and pricing was more than fair! We will definitely return to Fleurys should the occasion arise!
Mike the owner has been repairing my whole family of 6 cars for years. He must have repaired at least 10. Unfortuneatly my family is accident prone. (Not always our fault) The work the shop does is exceptional, your car will look brand new when you get it back.
When I left my car there I locked it. But they needed to move my car while they waited for parts to arrive and when moved it they THEY LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED and it was burglarized. The thief took everything that wasnt nailed down such as my memory foam seat cover, phone charging cord, reusable grocery bags and a few emergency supplies I keep in the car. The worst part was when I told the owner about it and he actually tried to convince me I was not robbed. He said normally when cars are broken into on their property that all the items in the glove box would be on the floor. Since only one item from my glove box was on the floor, according to the owner, I must have taken those other items out myself when I dropped off the car (I dont even know how to remove that complicated seat cover so I know I didnt remove it before I got there).To add insult to injury after this place repaired the front end of my car the headlight always accumulates water in it whenever it rains.
I had an amazing experience today-----I needed an estimate for my cars body work. Of course this may lead to a job for Fleurys and maybe not. Even though the owner was very busy with work he took the time to do an estimate for me and gave me good advice about how to proceed. Although he may have not earned an immediate customer I will take my future work there.
I got work done on my car here in March 2015. These guys were amazing. I had my car towed in after an accident where I had no collision insurance. They did SO MUCH, to help me save on the cost to get my car back on the road for the lowest price possible. I would recommend them to anyone!!

My boyfriend was in an accident with my car while I was out of the country and the front end was badly damaged. I was referred to these guys from The Shop auto mechanics on 15th, a few blocks north of Ballard High School as the only place he knew of that would give me a free estimate of the damages to my car, without getting my insurance involved. They did exactly that. The guy looked all over my car, taking pictures and making notes and then I followed him to the office where he gave me a detailed print out of all the damages, the cost of (new) replacement parts and the accompanying labor costs for each repair. I then was able to present this to the guy that was at fault for the accident (the guy my boyfriend t-boned, though my boyfriend had the right-of-way) along with the KBB estimate of my cars value before the accident, and I was able to get compensation for the value of my car (due to the fact that to repair the damages would cost double what my car was worth, the guy at Fleurys advised me to just ask for the value of my car, since thats what my insurance company would give me and just label the car totaled, if I made a claim with them). Awesome customer service!
They did a very good job of repainting some car parts I needed repainted, but it took a very long time. We were discounted though, and the owner is a great guy.
He couldn’t finish my car on time. Than I paid $1260 for rent car. He told me I will figure out. But he didn’t figure out my issue.He lied to me.

I am so disappointed I cant do negative stars this place is the worst body shop in Washington. Their owner Mike is a con artist and scammed me into getting my car towed to his shop so he could tell me what I already knew and wasted my time them charged me insane amounts for the towing when I had free towing through AAA then thretened me that he was going to lock my car up in his back lot and start slapping fees on it. Im not sure how this place is still in business but please do yourself a favor and never come here.
