Did not see any tools sterilized. If they are, they are not presented to a client in a sterilized closed bag.They push for a more expensive services or additional services and if you don’t chose a better service or additional service, you get get a bad customer experience with the service you chose. Example is the pedicure service I chose has a 5 min massage. Well, the top of my 1 leg feels great. Forget the other leg. The once foot received the calus bar but the other didn’t.I don’t recommend this place!

Mia did my pedicure and she was phenomenal. I will definitely ask for Mia again.

The woman who did both my manicure and pedicure did a mediocre job. She did about one minute of the five minute massage. There was no effort in the massage. They kept on asking us if we wanted additional services, even after we told them the services we wanted. She kept on asking that I tip in cash. This is not my first bad experience here. We are not going back.

Took my daughter 4 her birthday and de gave her great service and laughed wit her and let me sit n a chair while I was getin a massage n she was getin her feet n handz done. Didnt catch thier namez but they were both wonderful. Prices were not bad will def kum back 4 myself soon. My 1st time my daughterz like 1000th time. Thx ladiez u help make my daughter birthday great.

Absolutely love everything about this salon. It’s so modern, chic, friendly, and most importantly the work is amazing. I’ve been coming to them since they’ve opened and have moved to LA shortly after, but I make my bi weekly commute just to continue going to my girls.

These lovely ladies fixed me up for free after Happy Nails down the street charged me $52 for crooked acrylics. I will definitely go to them next time. Thank you so much. ♡

Beware. We have gone twice and will never be back. I got an infected nail from their manicure using paraffin wax. It was not sanitary at all. Trying to treat the infection with antibiotics and nail treatment. Avoid!

I drive over 2 hours to have my nails done here. Every nail tech I have had has been excellent. Very personable and friendly.

I love Taina at Rossmoor Nails, she does a great job. She does the cutest designs. Make an appointment. Becky who answers the phone will hook you up and always makes you feel welcome.

I go very consistently to Rossmoor Nails ..... I dont know what happened today, but the women who is usually always there at the front desk, managing the Salon, the one who seems to keep all those Gals going was not here today.We ultimately got the services we wanted ...sort of. But Im hoping that day was just one of those days...and not the new norm.

This is my favorite nail salon in the area 💅🏼! Its definitely the cleanest and most spacious with comfy massage chairs. They have great color selection with gel and regular colors to match. The prices are also very reasonable! 🙂💕

I am a usual costomer at Rossmoor Nails and Spa and have always been very pleased with my services. The reason Im giving a 2 star today is because my last 3 visits have been AWFUL. They are more concerned with the quantity of clients in the nail salon them giving quality services. Very sad and Ill be looking for a new nail salon.

I enjoy Rossmoor Nails! It’s the only place I will go now for mani and pedis. I see June at every visit and she is so sweet and takes her time with me. The salon is serene, and quite. Always an enjoyable experience.

Tried this place out because I got a gift card. I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails...I explained to the nail lady what I wanted and they got started. When my nails were almost complete (no polish but after filing) I explained that I didn’t like the shape of them and the lady got very upset and an attitude with me and told me she wouldn’t charge me. I asked to have them removed and The manager or owner came over with another lady and offered to try and reshape them to which I said sure but because of the way the acrylic was they were unable to be fixed how I like them because they didn’t remove them and start over. They told me my total was $52 (so I was charged for the nails which I left unhappy with and not polished so I wouldn’t draw more attention to them as they don’t look good at all)I would NOT recommend this place or will I be going back there for any future services

I moved into the community and needing a new close by nail salon, I opted for Rossmoor Nails & Spa. The receptionist was very friendly, the place spacious with many stations, but they were busy and I told her Id come back. She insisted a chair was available in just a few moments. Ok I thought, and she was true to her word. I was seated. My salonist was nice, personable and did a job I was very pleased with. Again, its a busy place but that should tell you something. People return because a service is good.

WARNING DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED @ ROSSMOOR NAILS! I have been a loyal customer to Rossmoor Nails since they opened until today. I came in with my sister and neice for an eyebrow wax. The girl they assigned to wax our eyebrows (who I have never seen before) was running around very frantic. I was the first to go. She smothered the wax in such a hurry and ripped part of my eyebrow off. By the way I have gotten my eyebrows waxed there numerous times and have never had that experience before. She then tried to get my sister to go, after we said no we are leaving. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer.

Awesome people. Great service. They do mani, padi, message, waxing, facial and kids nails. Hellen, Becky, Jasmine, Kelley are some of the amazing staff that work there. I highly recommend.

Nice establishment and they do a good job.

The lady did my nails cricked and she cut me to many times to count. She didn’t put the nail polish on the sides and i asked her if she can put another layer on and she made me leave the salon with my nails wet.

Came here with my boyfriend last week to change my gel while he got a pedi. We arrived pretty close to closing time so there was only 2 or 3 other customers so we were seated right away. The lay out of this shop was phenomenal and it was very clean. There are also a ton of good gel colors to choose from and thats a major plus for me because with some places its a hit or miss with gel. Also, my gel came out perfectly. The only reason Im not giving a full 5 stars is because the lady who seemed to be the owner was running back and forth from the front desk to the back of the salon blabbing very loudly on her phone about what she was doing later on that evening. When I go get my nails done I go to relax and the lady talking very loudly made that very hard for me to do. With that aside, I still would recommend this nail salon.

RUDE! I called to ask about getting a gift card for my wife...and the person who answered the phone was very rude. I barely got to ask about the gift card...and then she cuts me off and says...you need to come in...I dont give gift cards over the phone!. I wanted to ask about prices...then was going to drive over and get one since I was nearby. They just lost my business.
