Came here because my daughter received a gift card for her birthday. Granted, we got here at 6:30 pm. We were fine with just scheduling an appointment since their closing time is 7 pm. They said, yes we can still take you. So I told them, hey we have a gift card. They said thats fine. They wanted payment before our service was even complete or even started. I said thats fine, I have a credit card.They were rude and the over charged my credit card. Im still waiting on the final charge but they discount the gift card balance, they charged me the full price.I also asked for change for a 20 I had that I was going to use to tip the tech and when I got the charge the lady in front just tossed me my money back so disrespectfully.Honestly. Id rather my 5 yr old do my nails than these attitude having people with no customer service skills.

Over use of machines during the process. I was cut multiple times on the first visit. I thought it was inexperience. Nope, next visit I was slice straight through my finger. Discount you ask, nope not that I need it but lol I am good and will never be back. Why the hell do I even go to this place. Second Happy Nails just as bad. Terrible business practices.

Have used this business for 8 years for manicures and pedicures, and everyone does a great job. They hire the best and use new techniques and polishes as they appear in the marketplace. Excellent results. I heartily recommend them.

Terrible service! The lady burned me multiple times with the nail grinder & I also think one of them stole money out of my purse! I was missing an extra $20... beware!!!

Nice shop but I don’t like having a girl for nails and another for pedicure. Last time I went I had a couple sore fingers. I cringed a few times from the rough treatment. Please slow down and let the customers relax and enjoy the reason we’re there.

I’ve had my gel manicure and gel pedicures three times at Happy nails. Service is good and my nails look very nice. My only complaint is having a girl for each . This runs into a bigger tip.which makes the $55 price a lot more.

Went to Happy Nails with my mom to get a gel manicure and eyebrows done. She always told me how amazing it was so she decided to take me. I went and the service is great!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I get my eyebrows done, they look amazing every time and my nails are always pretty whenever I get them done. They have a big selection of nail polishes/gels/etc. They are all very friendly and nice. April, the lady who does my eyebrows, is probably the nicest person there- my mom and I love her and every time she sees me she says, Hello baby! You want your eyebrows done today? Shes very gentle when she waxes them and sometimes I get my mouth waxed. 5/5 stars for sure!!

Without question the worst pedicure I’ve had in my 39 years of life. My daughter and I waited for half hour - only to be split up and seated across the room. The woman cut my foot, said nothing and alternated dabbing my toe with a towel and continuing to cut a larger hole in my skin. I wish I could post a photo! She stared around the room rather than looking at what she was doing. So I have crooked, jagged nails and more polish on my skin than on my toes - which look tiger striped because the polish was so poorly applied. She then seemed shocked when I asked her to please blot the blood and touch up some of the polish. My feet were in far worse shape when I left. Never EVER again.

Friendly and clean however super expensive and they change their prices with every one at different times. For this reason i will never go there again. The upped their prices and didn’t say anything. Pedi $25 fill $20 plus gel another $20 plus tip!Not again

I went in to do a manicure Gel / and eyebrows, the lady who did my manicure was constantly talking to her co - worker like I don’t exist at all, her work was not clean at all didn’t take out all my cuticles, when I was paying her I was waiting fir the change so I could give tip and you will not believe it, she refused to give me change back saying that was tip for her and the eyebrows that I got done . I let her know I decide how much tip I want to give . I felt I was forced to give tip . I was so uncomfortable being there and felt that they were doing me a favor .I am shocked and will never go in that saloon again .

Happy Nails does a great job! My nails last 3 weeks with a gel manicure! They use great products and I never feel rushed! I have tried other places, but always return to this place.

Gel nails dont last 2 weeks. Barely even 1. Also, I bled a bit when they were cutting my cuticles.

The quality of service has gone way down! Yet their prices keep yoing up!

Went here with my friend and I was charged for removing my gel nail polish without even knowing ahead of time, ladies seemed all tired and moody, I asked about the thickness of my nail and manicure ist said I should wash my hands better. I asked for a full set with French tip and she had me get most expensive item pink and white powder without asking me, I can afford it but felt like they took advantage !!!!!
