Our project involved both new product and service glass replacement. New product went very well. We did have some scratches in the new product glass from the factory that we discovered after the installation but that was remedied. Service glass quote was more challenging but, in the end, the installation team was first class. Every detailed was attended to and fulfilled. The two lead installers were very experienced. There was no obstacle that they could not overcome.

James Marbella was a very nice Salesperson who gave me the information of the features of the quality windows and the benefits of upgrading to an energy efficient product. He did not oversell or pressure me, just explained, so I felt very comfortable ordering the new Pella Windows for my home.The installers were polite and thorough. The stucco repairmen, after the windows were installed, were also polite and efficient

The basic service of the salesman and the installers were fine. The reason we bought the new windows and sliding door was to try to keep the heat down in our main living area as well as save on power.Since having them installed, Ive raised our daytime temperature by 2 degrees, and even with that - the A/C doesnt kick on during the afternoon 3 hour period of very high electricity cost. Im already seeing lower day to day electricity expenses. It wont be enough to recoup what the windows and door cost, but given that we did this mainly to make our house more comfortable mid-summer the lower power bill is just a bonus.

Beyond Pella having an excellent reputation, my actual experience with them was really outstanding. The service was excellent--Chris, my Pella representative, was great about communicating, friendly, professional, helpful re: informing me about what my options were, helpful. We had a complicated project because one of the windows that needed repair was extra large (almost 170 inches). They assured me they could install a higher quality window than had been there before and made it fit in with the existing structure. They did so beautifully and I am really really happy with the way the windows look--just fabulous! Seamless, very finished and perfectly integrated with the room.

All the windows and sliding doors in my house are Pella. I have had 3 salesmen assist me in the last 10 years and they were all knowledgeable, helpful, and available to answer questions. The office staff/managers are excellent and the installers are professional and care about the installation and customer satisfaction. Their company runs smoothly from the initial sales meeting to the contract completion...they are very well organized and on top of every department and step to the finished job. I highly recommend Pella for their products and their service.

AWESOME! I got the part I needed, they had in stock and I received top notch customer service! David Qualls is a warehouse tech currently working at the Gilbert showroom and he was absolutely awesome! He located the part that I needed and helped me figure out what I needed to do to install it. They also could have scheduled a time to come do the work, but he was respectful that I wanted to do it myself. Instead of leaving me on my own he offered to walk me through the process over the phone. I dont recommend this for most, as the installers are definitely the way to go ~ repairs are complicated and high level of difficulty and if you mess up you void any warranty. I purchased my original windows in 2003. So 18 years later I am still very happy with the quality of their product and even more so thankful that the customer service team does not just brush you off and kick you to sales for newer product. They really do stand behind their workmanship and quality of customer service. 5 star all the way !

Worked with James Marabella on our quote request. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We recently had some storm damage to our window. We called around to 10-15 different companies, Pella was the first to take our request for one window. Pella and James were great to work with and would highly recommend them.

We had been looking to replace our front door for some time and we met with a few different companies to discuss a replacement. Greg from Pella met with us to discuss our options and based on our positive experience with him we decided to move forward with Pella. This was in mid-June of 2020 and marks the end of any positive experience that we had with Pella.Our install was scheduled for early September but was then re-scheduled for late September. It was then pushed back multiple times into November. Various excuses (COVID, delays at the factory, shipping difficulties) were given. This alone would’ve been enough to warrant a negative experience, but there was much more to come.Our door was finally scheduled for install in mid-November. However, upon attempting to install the door, the install crew found defects both in craftmanship and cosmetics. In their words, it never should’ve left the factory in Iowa. Considering our old door had been removed and disposed of, they installed the partially defective door with the intent of ordering a new one.The folks at Pella told us that they would do everything possible to expedite the creation and shipment of a new door. We were hoping for a couple weeks, especially considering how many times they’d already re-scheduled. The best they could do was the end of December.End of December – we are at the six-month mark. Pella calls and states the door didn’t make the shipment. We’re LIVID and ready to cancel. We then speak with a sales manager who assures us our door will arrive in the next shipment at the end of January.End of January. The day before the scheduled install, we receive a call stating that they need to push our install date back a day because the door needs touch-ups. Not thrilled that it wasn’t more thoroughly inspected before leaving Iowa.Door is installed at the end of January, somewhat sloppily (see photos). There are caulking and painting errors that will need to be touched up – this should’ve been inspected and caught by a supervisor. Our porch lightbulb was broken in the process, and the glass was only cleaned up after we brought it to the installers’ attention. Pella also had to send a technician back in the following days to address an issue with the hinges.The icing on the cake was being sent a final invoice that was $300 over what we had been told our final amount due was. Yes, it was an error, but in typical Pella fashion, it again demonstrated a lack of attention to detail.In hindsight, it was a big mistake to hire Pella for this job. Yes, they attempted to make up for the multiple issues throughout the process with discounts, etc. But there comes a time when the project should be finished and finished up to a certain standard. Seven-plus months is MUCH too long, and I’m not sure that they ever met that certain standard. Lesson learned.

A few years ago, we installed Pella windows and doors throughout the house. They have held up beautifully.Recently, I had a repair on a slider and had the rollers changed out on both doors. The door with the damage has now been repaired and it works like it is brand new.The technicians that came out were skilled at their craft. They did the job quickly and were very professional.I highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors.

My first use of a video chat for how to open this double panel door for cleaning the glass. The systems locking mechanism is a bit involved and I thought I needed on-site support. But Jessies explanation and guidance were so clear, I opened it on first try! Understanding how locking is designed was so helpful.

Everything about Pella was A+++. Within one day of requesting a quote to replace every window in our home, until the final stucco repair was complete, everything about the Pella experience was fantastic. And what a difference new windows make on the temperature in our house, not to mention the look. A major construction was done to remove a window and install a door on the side of the house, and they went above and beyond with the lighting, electrical, and repair of the wall inside, and out. By the way, two months after putting in a quote request from Pellas major competitor (Anderson), and I still havent heard from them. It will always be Pella for me!!!

From the sales representative to the installers to the supervisors, everyone was amazing to work with. We are extremely happy with our windows and will be using them to replace the remaining windows in our home.

I was disappointed with the Pella Patio door that I bought. It was shorter than the original which I was not told would be the case. Having bought another patio door some 8 or 9 years ago, I expected one from the same Pella series to be the same or at least a close match. But Pella has made changes over the years, and even though I spent over $9000 on this door, it was shorter and did not fit the space of the original vertically. Pella did have a stucco repair done, but Im stuck with painting that stucco. I chose the doors that have the blinds/shades between the glass. On my first door I have cellular shades that I can open from the top to the bottom. That option is no longer available and since I didnt like the idea of having to open my shades to eye level just to take a peek outside, I chose the mini blinds. What a mistake that was! When I open or close the door the blinds clink against the door frame and sound like something is loose and falling apart inside. They do very little to keep my bedroom dark and now instead of waking up at my normal time of seven AM, I am awoken by light streaming into my room at 5:30 AM. To swap out to the shades will cost me between $600 and $800 per side! So Ill have to learn to live with it. I understand that over time a manufacturer will make changes to their products, but I feel the door should be the same size as the original was and the same size as the other patio door. Now the back of my house has two patio doors which are slightly different in size. And it is very noticeable. Changes were also made in the mechanism that operates the blinds and those are for the worse as well. A small swing out lever that is very stiff and hurts my arthritic hands to operate is not an improvement. This was my fourth Pella purchase and it just may be my last. No concessions were given by Pella when I complained about the size or other problems. Thats just the way it is, its installed so tough luck. I paid top dollar for this patio door and I feel some sort of concession would have been appropriate. A discount on a future window purchase, or a refund of some kind to make up for the size difference. I will say the salesman, John Esparza, did seem to try to make things right, but wasnt able to do much. The installers were great and did a wonderful job of cleaning up as they installed, leaving the patio area cleaner than it was when they arrived. So, this may be goodbye to Pella and hello to Anderson.

I had 4 large windows left in my home to be replaced, and chose Pella windows to match the other windows & patio doors in my home that I replaced 2 yrs ago when doing a room addition. These windows are superb quality & beautiful & you cant beat the warranty on them! From the very beginning- from the initial visit from sales, to the very end- the installation & the stucco touch up after installation - the entire process was professional, top quality workmanship & everything was carefully handled & cleaned up afterwards. I was very pleased & impressed with the entire process & would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had 7 large windows replaced in our home. Kyle Ross was our sales representative and he did an incredible job explaining Pella’s products and helping us select the right windows. He was always very prompt and responsive and followed up at our home when the job was complete. The install crew was also first class. We had a patio slider door replaced. The work was on time with no delays. The workers were friendly, polite and efficient. They left the work area as clean as when they arrived. The re-plaster around the door is perfect and once painted you cannot tell they had replaced the door. The door is high quality and we are extremely pleased. The price was fair as we got other bids. We will be replacing a few large windows in the future and we will definitely be calling Pella.

Don’t even think of not using Pella! The customer service was polite, professional and very helpful. The installers, A.J. and Jeff did an unbelievable job. They arrived on schedule, explained everything that they were going to do and the installed our replacement glass perfectly. They checked their work and then did a thorough and detailed clean up. Our first Pella purchase was in 2004. Since then we have been through two additional remodels in our forever home. Both times we also used Pella for new added windows and doors. It is so nice to have a company with a classic product and a product they strongly stand behind. And amazing employees! She was earlier than appointment time, which really stands out to me with her punctuality. Pella windows and doors has served us well for our last two home improvement projects. The quality of their products is second to none. Follow up issues are handled quickly and courteously. We were drawn to Pella by their salesman John Esparza. John is friendly, responsive, and always goes the extra mile for his customers. When starting our third home improvement project, we knew that we wanted to use John and his team to replace our windows.

After 18 years in our home and slowly updating everything over the years, the last thing was windows. So, we did our homework and eventually decided on Pella. Our rep, Greg, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We liked the window options and the quality of the Pella brand. Lets be honest, windows are expensive. Especially high quality, name brand windows. We have 17 windows of different shapes and sizes and that can get pricey. Greg and his management were determined to win our business. But, they did so without the pressure usually associated with sizeable purchases. They really worked with us to get a total price that, while it was over our budget, we felt good about. Especially, for what we were getting. The installation date was further out than we would have liked, but certainly understandable as it was directly related to COVID-19 issues. The installers were friendly and did a very good job. There was one thing that lingered in the back of our minds the whole time even though Greg had assured us it wouldnt be a problem: the stucco repair that would be needed after installation was complete. Weve seen a number of homes where it was painfully obvious the windows were replaced based on the terrible stucco job around the window. Well, I can happily say that the Pella team that repaired the stucco around our new windows did a fantastic job. They amazingly blended the new stucco with the original texture and look. Any concern we may have had was immediately gone.They are stucco artists! Of course, nothing is perfect and we had one very minor issue with the stucco on a couple of windows. I bring this up because I informed Greg and he immediately scheduled the team to come out and address the minor issue. No messing around. Greg and Pella stand behind their products and work and are eager to quickly resolve any issues. We would definitely recommend Greg and Pella to anyone.

We just had 11 windows replaced and could not be happier. From the initial sales consult with Justin Meyer to the finishing stucco work, the entire process was flawless. All of the crews were polite, professional and worked quickly, even in this miserable heat. At first we were apprehensive about the price but found you definitely get what you pay for! The windows surpassed our expectation.

It is easy to see why they are on the Rosie on the House Certified Partner list. The sales representatives are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We chose the Impervia fiberglass series for our replacement windows and love them. Besides being energy efficient, they add to the appearance and value of our home. Renae Skoog, our project coordinator, kept us well informed and was a joy to work with. When we called to see if the install date could be moved up to accommodate our schedule needs, Renae did some checking and was able to get the last two windows installed the next morning. One of the crew members was leaving town on vacation that afternoon, but he looked at what was needed, and said he would have plenty of time to complete the work in the morning. Renae followed up that afternoon to make certain everything was done to our satisfaction – which it was. Now that is customer service!

Revised review: reimbursement 100% for purchased door. Review revised to (4*) Thankyou. I found out this door was discontinued. END REVISED REVIEW......We ordered a clad entry door. Paid over $3,000 for the door. The door frame somehow was delivered as a composite frame. We did order clad, and selected the clad color. The door was cheaply built screws were stripped on hingeevs, and when the banding came off of the prehung door and frame, the plastic frame popped apart like a wishbone. This is a garbage door. My company will never order a composite frame again. Two doors were ordered for the same area not far apart, and we did not catch where the two frames were specified differently. Not until two and a half months later when the door did show up it was not at all what we expected, poorly built, stripped screws, crooked screws, and brick molding it was never ordered. We can conclude that it was not what we expected nor do we feel it was worth $3,000.

I have been blessed to have the opportunity to use the Pella product for almost eleven years now. The quality of the product is outstanding and the innovation in their products design have always spearheaded the industry and created a benchmark for others to strive to achieve. They are constantly evolving with an ever changing economy and able to satiate the need for a robust product selection for consumers to choose from.

I scheduled an appointment at a festival in Downtown Phoenix a few months ago with Joel. He was very professional and very friendly. He helped schedule an appointment for my husband and I even though we just needed a quote on one window. The gentleman who came out was very friendly and on time. If memory serves me right, his name was Greg. Unfortunately he said our window in the bathroom was too small. I would absolutely call Pella again in the future if we find we need their services again.
