The guys were prompt and did good work. Unfortunately, we had rain a few days later. FORTUNATELY, after contacting Professional Window Cleaners about a rain check, they responded quickly to schedule a redo. Arrived on time, got the job done safely and quickly, and at a very fair rate. The associate took note of the roofs condition and the condition of our gutters, at my request, and filled me in after the job was done. He also answered questions I had about how snow / ice can effect the gutters. I even took a few business cards from the associate so I could pass them along to neighbors.

I had used this company in the past under the name South Mountain Window Cleaning with good results. I have learned that someone else now owns the company plus several others. I had trouble scheduling the appointment and they had trouble making the appointment. The two young men who came to clean the windows were great but the administration and customer service leave a great deal to be desired. I will not be using this company again.

I have used them twice now. They do a good job, a little water residue left inside, one window still smeared on outside.What service I wish they provided was vacuuming the tracks and window sills.And hose off screens. I would pay extra for this.

I was very happy with my clean windows and the fact that the person who cleaned them knew how to deal with my screens which have been irreparably damaged by other window washers. I also found out that quite a few of my windows tilt out so that I can wash the outside from the inside of the house. Ive lived here 12 years and didnt know that.

I had my windows cleaned yesterday. I am very pleased with the job. There were 3 men who were all very professional, clean and friendly. They also cleaned the tracks on my 2 patio doors which were probably never cleaned in 20 years.....bugs, grease and dirt. WOW! My patio windows and tracks look almost new. Just want to say thank you for a job well done. I will be calling you every 6 months for a repeat..

The crew did a great job with all my many windows and huge sunroom. It is hard to clean the sunroom because of the pine tree sap that falls on the top panes. They took the time to do a great job!!

Did a great job. 4 guys made the job go very quickly. The only suggestion I might have is that they remember to move heavy objects back where they were, especially heavy outdoor things. I am a senior and its getting harder to move heavy things. I should have gone outside to check before they left. Also, I think they missed a glass-block window, but overall I am very pleased.I have used this company for many years and will continue to use them. Ive already made arrangements for them to come back next Spring to do the outside, and then to do both inside/outside again in a year.
