They are very responsive - we had to reschedule because of rain and it was so easy! Follow up is excellent. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Its nice to see out the windows again :-)

William and his team are absolutely the best! Every part of the process, from booking the appointment all the way through completion, is professional and efficient. But, the best part is the quality of the work. With their specially treated water and telescoping poles, the work on the outside goes incredibly fast, and without a need for drying. On the inside, the team is methodical and conscientious not to make a mess as they progress from window to window. William and his team are phenomenal! I was a bit skeptical when they showed up without squeegees for the exterior windows, but the deionized water worked better than I could have expected. The windows are completely clean without streaks. William didn’t mind me being picky and made sure I was happy before they leave. We are going to do quarterly cleans with them we are so happy with the service and outcome!

Well they no called and no showed for our scheduled time Saturday. after i was waiting around for 4 hours. Didn’t answer my call or text and never returned my voicemail. Still haven’t received a call and it’s Wednesday. Seemed like an awesome company from the first quote meeting. Unprofessional. I’m also a business owner so I was disappointed.

Update: last cleaning October 2018. Inside windows were cleaned. It appeared, and still appears, that the sun film on the inside of four large windows were scratched horizontally. I have made several requests to have the owner set a time to visit our home to see the damage and discuss a resolution. He is refusing to do that. In my instance Mr Champion has failed to address the issue, much less offer to repair the damage. Advertising the firm is insured is a come on. Buyer beware. Window Cleaning based in their reviews and method of cleaning. They are exceptional in every respect. They have the right process (deionized water applied using state of the art tools), the right people (great attitude, communicative, flexible), and very efficient scheduling and billing. The owner is hands on. Added bonus, they are the best at cleaning solar panels.

You owe it to yourself to have clean windows! I forgot what clean windows looked like..I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and am so glad I called Champion Window Cleaners. Champion Window Cleaning was a referral to me about 2 years ago. Their process is the best window cleaning that I have ever had. Far superior from the companies that use the old style of cleaning (squeegee and water). No spots, no streaks, no mess and best of all these guys are quick. They’re neither the cheapest nor the most expensive....but they are definitely at the top of the list for quality, professionalism and customer focus. SO glad we found them. Previous experience was absolutely excellent - windows sparkled, sills thoroughly cleaned & very professional service. I cannot provide a 5 star rating again. I’ve found 4 sills that we’re not cleaned and 2 which were seemed to have been wiped but not thoroughly; sills have dust and debris. I’m pleased with the windows however this crew needs to provide more attention to all the services.
