This was my second visit and it wasnt as painful as the first. Everyone is super nice and Mikayla made me feel very comfortable. Prices arent too bad and I highly suggest being a member to receive the discounted price.

Ive been coming here for the past 6 months now and am so happy to have found it. I had waxed when I was younger but then stopped for a long time, and now am back into as Im in a new relationship after a divorce at 45! Let me tell you, at first I wasnt sure it was worth it because it is expensive, painful, and it didnt last that long. But they assured me it would get easier and last longer if I stuck with it. I love the smooth results so I stuck with it and after about the 3rd month, it was a piece of cake. Ive gotten the full brazilian sugaring with everything off and sometimes the stomach wax/underarms. No discomfort and I swear sometimes it is 15 minutes in and out. I book last minute so Ive switched around but love Paige, Mikayla and Jess. All 3 have great technique and are sweethearts. The place is clean, easy parking, and everything has always been on time. Cant recommend it highly enough!

I originally went to the tempe location this location is much better KAI did a phenomenal job im larger so my skin needs lift in certain areas she did miss a spot and tweez any thing left I highly recommend her she was also personable too!!!

I went for a complimentary wax just to try it out. Ill stick with my European wax center. The esthetician was kind of off putting but she wasnt rude and talked a little more towards the end. They upsell like hell before you leave though which is expected but kind of annoying

I booked an Ultimate Brazilian, was charged for an Ultimate Brazilian, but I believe I received the Signature Brazilian. Once I realized this, I tried to call to speak to the receptionist about the discrepancy. Youre not even able to reach her. Youre unable to conduct any business at all by telephone. I was a receptionist for 7 years and operated a multi-line telephone system. How is answering phones not part of her job description?My experience was painful, expensive (Im a first time customer), I left with bruising  and I cant even talk to anyone.

No no no. Chaunacy did my wax and it was horrible. First, it was incredibly painful because she wouldn’t let the wax dry and it kept stretching and pulling. Second, she did A LOT of cleanup with sugar wax going over the areas over and over again. I had really horrid irritation for the next 3 weeks. I am pregnant so I may be more sensitive down there but I’ve had another wax since at European Wax Center and it was nearly painless. Would not go back, made a painful experience so much worse.

I go every 4 weeks to get a full bikini wax. I always see Paige and she is always super quick and efficient. I waited a couple months because of school finals and obviously it takes more time to wax when you wait to long. She was able to get it all in my 20 minute appointment time and is always super professional. The front desk is always super nice and there’s a huge choice of magazines while you wait to go back. Wait time is usually 0-5 minutes unless you get there too early. If someone no shows and you’re there early they usually can take you back earlier.

I transitioned back to sugaring from waxing bout 8 months ago, which was a welcome decision for my irritated skin. Was in town for a conference at the end of January and had a great experience here! The salon is cute and the rooms are spacious, and the staff was wonderful! They sell quite a few skin care products as well. Will definitely visit when in town again!

First time at Sugar Me Wax this morning for my Brazilian wax and everything was great! Taylor made me feel comfortable and she did an amazing job. Definitely returning!

I bought a groupon deal to this place to get a Brazilian and a full leg wax. The salon was pretty clean and the staff were very nice but as soon as she started waxing me I knew she was doing something wrong. The day after my wax, my Brazilian area became completely red and infected. I even went to urgent care I was so worried about the reaction. In addition to the infection, I am left with a ton of ingrown hairs (which Ive never had a problem with) and the aesthetician missed several patches of hair on my legs and Brazilian area. Stay away from this place girls!!!

Id like to start with the receptionist, I called on my way there because I was runny pretty late, she took my call and was very kind and told me I might not be able to do the two things Id originally scheduled because my aesthetician had appointments back to back. That was fine with me since it was my own fault for not getting off work earlier. When I arrived I was greeted by a sweet young lady at the counter who promptly got me inside my room. When I walked in my aesthetician Sharlyin(?) Was already there, wearing a mask that obviously couldnt hide her smile! She made me feel comfortable instantly! Im very insecure with my body and especially my lady parts and while I was undressing and getting in position I felt as if no one was there to judge or stare at me awkwardly. She got right to it as soon as I was ready, making very fluent conversation and keeping me relaxed the entire time. Ive never experienced this level of comfort during a Brazilian wax. The process hurt yes, however, whatever product and the technique she used were superb! My pain level was super low. Usually its a 10/10 when Ive done it somewhere else. This at worst was about a 5/10! I am extremely happy with my wax and she was fast enough i could do the both treatments i had originally scheduled! Thanks Sugar me wax!

I’ve been going here for two years now. I see Cheryl Lynn for a brazilian, lip and brows. She is absolutely the best in the business. When I first came to SMW, I used wax and it was awful (every first time wax is awful). Then I came a second time and met Cheryl Lynn. I drive 30 minutes for our appointment every month because I don’t want to see anyone else. She is professional, knowledge and hilarious.There have been a few times that I wasn’t able to see her so I saw two different girls. Both girls were awesome, professional, kind and very good at their jobs, but no one beats my girl Cheryl Lynn.It’s important to remember that your first wax will always be the worst. I mean, THE ABSOLUTE WORST because it’s so painful. Don’t judge your wax gal because it’s painful the first time. If she’s nice and professional I always tell my friends to go back a couple more times and then decide if you want to go to another wax center.Also, trying sugar wax is a bit of a change. I prefer it because I have better results, no bruising and no flare up, but the sugar wax has more of a sting to it. However, it doesn’t make you feel like your whole vagina has been ripped off like wax does. So, before you judge your girl, make sure you aren’t just upset about the kind of wax you chose or new service you decided to try.

Place is very sanitary, for anyone with Covid concerns. Waxer did am incredible job leaving me a very happy and smooth customer.

Lexi is awesome. I have been going to her a few times. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was very nervous when I got the Brazilian first time. Lexi was able to explain to me about the process and answered all of my questions and concerns. I recommend to use the no scream to reduce the pain. Also, do the research and come prepare. I highly recommend Lexi.

The customer service is great however for my first waxing there were some small mistakes made that had me questioning the knowledge or expertise of my technician. First she didn’t let the wax dry well so there were moments where the wax was still a bit wet when she tried to pull it off and the gloves kept sticking to my AREA which also made the experience uncomfortable. However, for the most part I liked it and would probably be going again in hopes of a better experience.

Lexi in Old Town Scottsdale was awesome! This was my first wax in about 8 years, it was amazingly quick and very thorough. She described what she was doing, how the body worked regarding hair growth and skin, gave great tips for breathing during the wax and for aftercare. She answered all my questions, she made small talk to lighten the mood. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been going to Sugar Me for 5 months now and LOVE my experience there! Layne, Lexis, and Shelly are all incredible aestheticians. The salon is super cute inside. Ive gotten both a regular Brazilian Wax and the Sugaring Brazilian. The sugaring is nice because I do not need as much hair growth as for a regular Brazilian. I definitely recommend this place. As a male who has been waxing for a year I was intrigued by the sugared hair removal so I booked an appt with Aubrey at the Tempe location of Sugar Me Wax. She was very professional and informative and attentive to making sure all the hair was removed. I highly recommend her and the company. It was almost no pain and I am sold on this method. My wife is even talking about trying it.

I went to another sugar place in N. Scottsdale and was turned off by a bad customer service experience. I found Sugar Me online and was able to book an appointment through the website quickly and effortlessly. Lex was ready to go when I arrived. This waxing experience was phenomenal. Previously, I had only ever been waxed in the backroom of a nail salon, or I did it at home myself. I got a Brazilian here, and it was far better than any other wax Ive EVER experienced. Walking in to the front office, I immediately saw that it was not only clean but well-decorated. It spoke volumes about attention to detail as well as dedication to making the customer feel pampered. The room in which I was waxed was itself very spa-like. It was softly lit and smelled of something warm, like vanilla or cinnamon. The waxing table was well-cushioned and covered with a hygenic paper. The waxing technician (Kristen Noakes) explained every single step of the process as she was doing it. She truly demonstrated knowledge, skill, and experience, because not only did she know of simple tricks like using a tacky wax strip to pick up loose hairs but she also made it the fastest and most painless wax Ive ever experience. And for a Brazilian, thats saying a lot! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I highly recommend checking this place out. :)

I have been waxed many many times and I have NEVER had a more amazing experience (this was my first time at Sugar me). I am not one to leave negative reviews but feel the need to do so. I have gotten Brazilian waxes consistently for years. Being new to the city, I needed a new place to go. I came here because of all the good reviews. It was extremely painful!! It hurt more than my first ever wax! I had to tell the waxer to stop halfway through because I really thought I was going to cry or pass out from the pain I was in. I dont know if it was the waxers fault or the type of wax they used or a combination of both. She said the wax was sticking to my skin and it was literally taking multiple tries to pull it off my skin. The area was red and inflamed for a couple days afterward. They offered to reschedule me with another waxer for a complimentary service but I never want to go back there again.

Okay so this is the first time using sugar me wax. The girl was nice and thats about it. When I left an got home missed spots everywhere. I will never use sugar me waxing again. It took 2hrs to wax everything. Major waste of time and money. I also dont like there method. I will stick to European wax. So for those new people once again. Waste if time and waste of money they will never see me again. The only part that was good was the woman. Treating me other than that nothing.

This was probably the least painful Brazilian I have ever had. Stacy was great. She provided a lot of useful information for both before and aftercare. Very sweet girl, will be going back to her for sure and may do some other services that I have never tried before!!

I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but I had such a terrible experience here that I just have to say something about it. I called to book an appointment for a Brazilian sugar wax and they actually booked me for a regular wax.. didnt find that out until I was naked on the chair. Rescheduled for a morning appointment. Came in the next morning and met the lady who was going to do my Brazilian.. she had a wonderful personality but was absolutely terrible with her waxing skills. I left with redness** and bumps everywhere + clear patches of hair which I had to tweeze out myself before going on vacation - and no, the hair wasnt too short to wax. The sugar she used was extremely dark, she was doing big patches and pulling in the wrong directions. Very careless. Its been almost a week and I still have bumps like I was going at it the opposite direction with a dull razor. I am getting multiple ingrowns, which I am treating now.. This has NEVER happened before as Ive been sugared at least 5 other times with NO issues. This experience was SO incredibly disappointing. How do you guys allow this to happen?

My waxing experience here was incredibly painful, more so than even my first time being waxed. There were patches of hair that were completely missed. For days after being waxed, I experienced extreme redness and pain which has never happened to me after being waxed. Not even a day later, my hair began to grow back and bumps began to form. Now 4 days later, all of my skin in the area is peeling horribly and there is still redness and irritation. Will NOT be returning.
