Great Guy! Al is the MAN!! But, after some research and asking other I realize I paid a lot! Maybe if Al had his own service at a lower price :)

H and R block is very unprofessional. They make a lot errors in tax return. You cant rely on their expertise. I went to their office on 25 October and their employee made a wrong amended tax return and he was also rude to me. I realized the error when i was entering my car and went back their office. Also, The employee hadn’t put on his mask on my return. They promised to give me refund within two weeks, so basically during the first week of November. I waited for one month or so. No one called me or sent the refund back to me. Then i called them. Every time, their employee was telling me that they will send or someone is going call me. I told them I receive a lot of calls and please email or text me. They said okay. I didn’t receive any information and therefore drive to their office and talked to their manager. They gave me two numbers one ending with 5625 and another with 0101. I waited for 56 minutes on 5625 and no one responded. I called then 0101 and the lady on Scottsdale office explained me that she has no control over it and told me that “why has the receptionist even asked you to call this number, I told her that don’t send this tax issue over me.”I could finally talked to their franchise owner today. I was shocked when she accused me of calling them- I HAD BEEN CALLING THEM TO GET THE REFUND BACK- they would not give my money back if I didn’t call them. The owner says she has called me before. First, I had told them not to call me- just email or text and their employee had said okay. Second, I just checked my phone now- she had called me on 18 February for the first time, almost after 4 months, although they were supposed to send the refund in the first week of November. A lot of headache and time-wasting. Very disappointing!

Stuart Kramer has done my taxes for a few years, and he does an excellent job. He actually makes the yearly taxes, enjoyable. I am 73 years old, and by far he is the best tax man I have ever had.

Way too expensive. Ive always done my taxes myself and have only paid at most $75. To be changed > 500 is just ridiculous. Our taxes are really straight forward. We thought it would save us time, but it didnt.

I have been having my taxes done by Jane Clark for over 10 years. She is knowledgeable, thorough and quick. I have never heard anything from the IRS during this time.My taxes are complicated and not easily done costing $300 to $400.I highly recommend Jane as a tax advisor.

Horrible service anyone considering to go here save yourself the time. Thought I was doing right by taking my personal and small business taxes to them. Boy was I wrong this guy named Stuart was absolutely ignorant it didn’t want to work I mean it took him 2 months to file an extension that of which they never filed. Then when I went it get my paperwork back they gave me the wrong persons documents! Such a horrible experience and complete waste of time, I recommend anyone to think twice about going here to file your taxes.
