We have purchased several homes in several states including Arizona where two of those homes are in the Phoenix area. Mark has represented us as the purchaser on both homes as well as the seller on both homes and I can honestly say he is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Not only is he very knowledgeable about real estate and the market conditions but he also makes sure he is up to date on all real estate trends including the mortgage loan process as well.On both homes he sold for us it never got past the ‘coming soon’ stage. He makes it a point to not only know the seller’s situation but also makes it a point to find out what situation the potential buyer is in and what their needs are. He then makes a deal that works for both parties without any unnecessary delays. My last home basically sold within hours at the open house he held 1 day after listing the home.We moved to Arizona from Texas and for various reasons have decided to move back home to Houston, but one thing is certain. If we ever decide to move back to the Phoenix area it will take one phone call to Mark and I have no doubt that sometimes later that day I will have several homes to choose from that match my criteria, needs, price point, etc.Finally, to be totally honest, I rarely write reviews on people, products, or services, but in this case I find it absolutely necessary to share my thoughts on Mark so that he can make another person’s home buying experience as pleasant and fun as ours was.

From the first meeting to when we closed and even now, Mark was on top of all things we needed as well as things we hadnt thought of.
