Sharon reached out to me and held my hand through the entire process. We were selling our home in Pittsburgh, PA, and buying a home in Phoenix. What was even cooler is Sharon grew up 15 minutes from my house in PA. This was awesome because she not only knew the market in Phoenix, but also understood the homes in Pittsburgh as well. When you move from the northeast to a desert there are things that you might not know and Sharon was able to make me aware of those things. Since our move was long distance, Sharon was our eyes and ears in Phoenix. Any time there was a house that we liked (based on pictures from the MLS) Sharon would go and record walkthroughs so we could see what it looked like since I couldnt fly down to look at houses. She even added commentary during the videos to help us (like older carpet, or chipped paint, size of walk-in-closets, pool condition, etc.).
