I think this is the first Google review Ive ever left, because I just loved this service so much. The two men were friendly and helpful and efficient, the truck was big enough for all my stuff. The movers literally took care of everything, including putting back together an IKEA shelf that breaks when you breathe on it (I have no clue how they fixed it). They handled my annoying stairs, found the best places to park, and were just fun to talk with. Hire this service.

This was my first time using Two Men and a Truck, but it definitely wont be the last! They made my moving experience stress-free and the team I had was great. Juan, Tony and Bryce all took great care with my items and wrapped my furniture well when loading up the truck. They were professional, friendly, and clearly great at their jobs. I had a lot of things to move (both down and up stairs) but they were unphased! I really appreciated their work ethic. Scheduling everything was also easy with this company. Highly recommend!

Very professional, efficient and friendly. These hard working guys showed up right on time and starting moving our treasures. They shrink warped all the items and then handled them with care. Absolutely no damage or dings. Could not be more impressed and this was 110 degree day in Scottsdale!!

The movers were very efficient and moved everything quicker than the estimate. The office staff was great when my bed was assembled incorrectly and got another mover out the next day to fix the bed frame. There was also minor scruffs on my bed frame from the move and Chris (office manager) sent Tom, their repair guy, out to fix it right away. Tom did a great job fixing the minor scuffs. Overall, I’m very happy with the movers, they did a great job! I would definitely use them again.

I hired this company specifically to move some oversized items up on a complicated flight of stairs. I mentioned this in my first communication with the company, offering to have someone come take a look before we hired them to do the work. We were assured it would be no problem and not to worry about it.Fast forward to moving day and of course the oversized items are last off the truck. Surprise, surprise they decide that they cant make the stairs. They then proceed to sit in the truck waiting for a supervisor to come say the same thing.In addition, they were 2 hours late and left things just strewn about the destination.I spoke with David, the owner. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. He refused to even hear how his representative, Jessica, assured us this move would be no problem. He told me it was my fault it wouldnt work and that no other company would be able to do it. Eventually he agreed that it could be done, and offered to send the equipment the next day to finish (for an additional fee). I asked David why I should continue to do business with them after the way I had been treated so far. His response I cant answer that.Thats the bottom line, from the owners mouth, he can think of no reason for you to use his business. I also recommend that you do not.

From the online quote, to the service set up, to the actual move, the process was highly efficient and there were no unexpected charges or surprises. The final cost actually fell at the low end of the quote because the men were so efficient! We had three movers, Jhonathan, Roman, and Jacob who efficiently loaded up my apartment and my boyfriends separate apartment in the same building. These young men were professional and extremely respectful and did their best to protect all of our belongings during this move. If you ever tried to move a Murphy Bed, you will know it’s virtually impossible! But, Carlos and Isaac from Two Men and a Truck made it so easy! I could not believe how they were able to safely disassemble the pull down door and euro slat system. They were super professional, respectful of our home, polite and funny! I moved about a year and used another company- and it was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. So when I had to move again, I was dreading hiring another moving.Two Men and Truck was the exact opposite. From scheduling, getting a quote, to the day of the move, everything was straight forward, super easy, and most importantly, they were honest and above board about everything. The movers that came (Austin P, Mason B, and Brandon) were awesome dudes that worked their tail off and were fun to be around. If I have to move again anytime in the near future (God forbid...) I would personally request those guys to move me (and recommend anyone else request them!).Cannot recommend the folks at the Scottsdale franchise enough.

Two men and a truck were great! Our movers were so nice and personable, and they got the job done in a timely manner!! My husband and I used moving company’s every time we move and this was by far our best experience!

Movers covered every inch of furniture in plastic wrap, which I guess is a good thing (other than environmental impacts). Inventory system was lacking, given it seemed to be started after my stuff was already in truck mixed with someone elses, & several inventory tags ended up on my garage floor instead of on whatever items they were intended for. I still have not seen the bill of lading for my move. One of 3 movers (probably trainee, since theyre called just Two Men & Truck) was fast & rough with everything he did, which I did not appreciate. Also didnt know if I was getting 2 crates or 3 (for $800 extra), since transport/storage crates never appeared at my house, & multiple touchpoints (opportunities for loss, breakage, other problems) were going to be required to load in van then unload/fit again into crates at base location, plus I still dont know how many crates were used or what my final cost will be.Not how I would have done it, but despite pointing out all the opportunities for improvement, they exceeded my expectations for an all brawn & no brains moving company. Well see how it goes at the other end where it really matters. Maybe Ill update this review at that point, although if I dont one can assume it went reasonably well, & Im just glad to have it over with....Over a week later & their middle-man XPO Logistics is claiming that all my stuff is still stuck on tarmac in Phoenix, pretty much where it started & nowhere near Detroit, though 2 Men + Truck in Detroit area are saying delivery will happen on Monday. I dont know who to believe.

The crew chief called as to arrival time and went to work. We were loaded in 2&1/2 hours. Everything was padded and wrapped to protect out furniture. They arrived at our new home and put everything were we asked, even moving some things twice to make sure it was where we wanted it. They were great young men who worked hard to please us. We couldnt be happier. It was a long day for them but there was no complaining. Thanks to 2 Men and a Truck

5 stars for the main movers Matt and Jay. They are awesome fast and take a lot of precautions with your items. Ive hired them around 9 times so far. Only bad thing is that the pricing given seems odd and usually comes out with massively different amounts.

My movers were amazing, friendly, and genuine nice guys. Can’t recommend them enough, the company saved me a ton of stress.

Overall the movers were careful, knowledgeable. My only disappointment was not being aware that if the clock moves to the next hour you are charged the next hour. As well as the urgency in the unloading. If I was more aware of that part of the cost i would have been more on them to hustle. Especially since your are charged during any conversation, during how long it takes to check out until they are back to the office. I wish they had been a little more expedient in this manner and less lax when nothing was being moved at that time. My credit card was on file. So waiting 15 minutes for the ipad to work and check out was not preferred to pay for as that is a part of doing business not the activity of moving.

The entire team from office to movers were all very professional and efficient. Would definitely use them again!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! The office staff who scheduled my two part move, were very helpful and responsive. They got me on the schedule with short notice and sent me a confirmation email with all the details. On the day of my move, the movers were on time, they were very careful but also quick and didnt waste time. The only constructive feedback Ill add is that I didnt like that I was asked to pay for travel time from their office to my move site as it seems like a normal part of doing business, but that is the only criticism, Im very happy with their service overall and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Great value overall and the best part is that I saved my back from all the manual labor of doing it myself and the grueling task of begging family and friends to help.

HORRIBLE office staff. Terrible customer service. Would not use this service again if they paid me.We were told an arrival time of 8 am and the truck showed up at 9. 2 guys got out, even though we ordered 3. Guys really hustled, but dinged the house in many places and damaged the stairs. They couldnt move the couch out, which was the main reason I called them. Long story short, we had to wait for 2 more movers to show up who were condescending and incorrect. In the end, I told them exactly how to move the couch and it took 15 minutes, though they had already been trying for around 3 hours.I had 3 people move us into this house in less than 3 hours from another home. This was 7.5 hours overall, and we moved out and into a storage unit. Additionally, the house was already show ready, so it was only larger items that needed moving.The office staff tried to charge me for all 7.5 hours, then bullied me into paying 4 hours by threatening a full lawsuit and charging me upfront for all the time. Then they told me not to tip their employees and pay them more, even though they had done the job of 3 people and moved us in the 106 degree heat of Phoenix.Horrible business. Would give 0 stars if possible. 0. I will never use them again.

The Movers were great, the individual who quoted the job severely underpriced the job. When I addressed it, her response was, it was ONLY $200 more that my maximum quote (which equated to 30% MORE). Beware of getting low balled!

From the time I contacted their office (thanks Jessica and Ashley!) through the pre-move (email estimate, phone calls, follow-up right before the move) to the actual move itself (kudos to Daniel and Mike!) I can say this entire team was super professional, courteous, and friendly. The day of the move the guys went that extra step in making sure all my belongings were moved out safely and efficiently and moved into the right rooms and spaces in the new place. This is my second move with this company and I would hire them again in a minute.

The guys arrived right on time, were pleasant and helpful all the way, and had an incredible attitude. They made the usually stressful experience of moving 100 times easier. I even had to leave a message with their office the weekend before to request a later appointment time. The move itself was fine, the price seemed right, and I was happy up until they left.Then I noticed that they effectively destroyed my $1000 L-Desk. They took a while to put it together and I wasnt really watching them clearly, but they stripped all the screws, chipped off the wood near the stripped screws, bent a few others, and didnt properly put it together on top of that.I tried to file a claim and naturally they want a receipt and list of replacement parts, which I do not have be because it has been several years since I purchased the desk and did not keep the receipt.So Im out my best piece of furniture with zero compensation. Pretty cool.

My movers arrived early, which ended up being great for me, and they did call first and ask if that was ok. The whole move was quoted at between 2-4 hours, but the guys finished in less than 2! Apparently even during a pandemic you have to REQUEST to have the movers wear masks. Seems like the safety of the movers and customers arent that important. Its been almost three weeks and i havent heard back about being reimbursed for an item they damaged. When they called me to get my feedback and I told them about the damage, the girl immediately sounded annoyed and told me an office manager would call me.I also had slow movers. They were nice and polite but outside of that i wasnt impressed.

Recently moved from downtown Phoenix to Surprise AZ. My movers were Daniel and Mike and me and my wife were very pleased with there hard work and overall morale. They were very positive and respectful during the entire move. They put everything in the correct place and hustled the whole time. I called to enquire about a move and the woman answering the phone was unprofessional, hardly wanted to answer questions, then directed me to the completely wrong place. You dont have to try that hard to make customers not want to use you. Other business will be happy to.

Just used Two Men and a Truck for a local move here in Scottsdale. Carlos and Isaac were quick and efficient packing the truck. Roy joined on drop off to relieve Isaac. He was also quick and efficient. The guys were all very nice, professional, and funny. The final price was in the range quoted, and all our pieces came over in great shape. I called to get an estimate and realized I would prefer to itemize my things online and communicated that to the receptionist- to which she replied “if you’d just SLOW DOWN, I could help you.” with a tone. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. It’s sad, I loved Two Men and A Truck but now I do not feel comfortable.

I was then told I would be charged $165 per hour for the truck to wait. After disputing this, Natalie (Manager) was very rude and demeaning. She stated, they would charge me regardless.The next day, I had a $500 unauthorized charge show up on my card. I called back to speak with Natalie, only to be met with the same rude, accusatory tone, as if the entire mess was my fault.Despite the accolades on their website, this is a franchise… so each business is run differently. I would NOT recommend this location.***UPDATE RESPONSE***Your below response is laughable. I realize you would love everyone reading this to think you are reasonable, friendly, and organized but it couldn’t be further from the truth.I was clear in my communication for an afternoon delivery for the following day and told Natalie and your movers not to arrive at my new home the following morning, but you all didn’t listen.Furthermore, your overnight storage fee was $75, not $500… and no you did not send a pre-move and confirmation letter to me via email.Nice try, but I’m betting any reasonable person who reads this will see past your sham response. On September 21, 2019; Approx 7:30 am. I had witnessed one of your driver, driving recklessly on 70th st via Thomas Rd going into the Shell Gas Station. Your driver; drove through gas station at fast rate of speed to go westbound on Thomas Rd; make a U-turn rapidly in the middle of Thomas Rd; hitting curbs and driving on sidewalks to go back eastbound. This driver will kill somebody one day. You Had Been Warned

Antonio and Isaiah moved my household goods from one storage unit to another, and took items away for donation to the Boys and Girls Club. Antonio arrived on time, introduced himself and immediately got to work. He was efficient and organized and had a respectful way of helping Isaiah learn the best way to safely stack and transport items. Both men worked quickly but carefully. Highly recommended! My move was small, but the cargo was precious to me. It was handled with the care and concern I would have given myself.Additionally a circumstance arose that could have 100% cost me an extreme amount more out of pocket. Very much out of either of our control. I can guarantee had it been any other mover, I’d be out several hundred more. The empathy shown from the gentlemen assisting me to the office staffs consideration of the situation was above and beyond my expectations. I am grateful I choose 2 Men and a Truck! Two Men and a Truck were very careful loading and unloading my Mothers valuables. They were very friendly and efficient in their careful move.

These guys were great!!! They kept asking me if there was anything else they needed to move, they were very personable and professional. They even moved my large potted Ficus tree at the last moment. I will use these two guys again. The office staff was also good at following up with me to confirm my reservation which was good because I had so much on my mind. You might be able to find a cheaper mover but you do get what you pay for. Absolutely NO WORRIES with these guys!!!

I appreciate the phone call confirmations before and during the move to ensure everything is going smoothly. The guys are professional and friendly and care about meeting your needs. Also, they are well staffed, so if the move is taking longer than planned the main office will send in reinforcements. Great value for your money.

These guys helped my family move from California to Scottsdale, Arizona and they were awesome! They arrived between the allotted hours they projected to us and packed and wrapped all of our furniture very nicely. The two gentlemen, Richard and Thomas, that were moving us were quick and thorough and made sure to plan out where the furniture would fit in our new home in Arizona. Overall, the move was successful and the movers were beyond outstanding and professional. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Both experiences were exceptional - the original estimates, the office personnel, the communication, and finally the exceptional crews. We needed four men and two trucks. Slow and more expensive. Also, they will charge you one hour for the time to get to you, so if u need two hours make sure you will pay for 3 hours
