Such a happy customer! Logan was absolutely fantastic and so brave. We had an infestation of black widows, plus their eggs, on our patio. Logan was fearless and very thorough while spraying the patio and throughout the house. Other companies spend about 2 seconds spraying your home but Logan spent a good amount of time getting all the spots. Glad we found Orkin!

Ive used Orkin for the last 15+ years.. Theyve been great!! Always come at the same time every month. Have done a fantastic job managing the bugs, spiders, snakes, rodents, etc.. over the years. We live in the smack dab middle of the desert & its crazy how many things we see. Most I can identify, some I cant. The border they build around the house is what keeps up living almost bug/etc free inside the house. They go out of their way to address any problems we have (inside or outside) quickly. Always give great references for any problems I have or need addressed. I recommend them to anyone moving into AZ. I couldnt live without them! Im terrified of anything that doesnt belong in the house. Next level terrified! Theyre the only reason I can stay in a place like AZ that has so many creepy crawly things like lizards, snakes, scorpions & big spiders! Thanks Orkin! Youre the best... Top notch customer service! I called Sunday afternoon (most companies are closed on weekends) and they were available until midnight. I reported what I thought might be a bed bug problem from recent home purchase. I spoke to live person and Monday morning had block from 8am to 10am. Joe showed up within the first hour. We walk through every room, flipped mattresses and emptied out the bag I had vacuumed. While it wasn’t bed bugs, (thankfully) there was no push to proof otherwise. Home just needed regular service. Joe acknowledged they are not the cheapest, which I knew. However, as an business owner, I want to ensure customer obsession for my tenants by proactively maintain the property and getting immediate response when they encounter an issue. Orkin demonstrated that and I gladly signed up for monthly service, so my future tenants have great service. Thanks Joe and team!!

Orkin comes to our home 6 times per year to spray the property. We haven’t seen one bug, scorpion, or other creatures inside our home ever. The technician is courteous, friendly and professional. We’ve had a very good experience with the company since becoming home owners 5 years ago.

We had an obvious roof rat issue - where the rat/s were coming into our home! Orkin was very responsive and came to our house quickly. However, all they did was lay traps - rather than doing that and closing up any access points where these rats were getting into the home VU the roof. Would’ve liked to have everything done at once - but that’s how they get you to keep coming back multiple times during the week/month.

Sergio was helpful & courteous. He sprayed for scorpions and other insects. Glad he’s our new Orkin man!

I had moved into a new construction home and saw ants almost right away and a few spiders. I called Orkin and Sergio was out immediately. I have not seen one live bug in my house since then. I have been here for 4 months now and have them treat my home but-monthly. I have a small dog who is unaffected by treatments which was a major concern I had. I will always keep on this schedule.

We have been with Orkin for many years and they have always provided good service. They respond to your calls and questions quickly and when they come out to your home, they send notifications they are on their way and again when they have arrived. Our Orkin inspector, Cameron, is very courteous and does a great job. Its nice having the same inspector always come, he gets to know your issues and can address them accordingly. And always, if something unexpected comes along, he is just a phone call away.

Have used orkin for years and love that I get the same tech, ray everytime. Always on time for our scheduled outdoor pest control.

The service techs who installed the traps for the termites were friendly and got the job done. Treatment seems to be effective, I’m not seeing any more termite tubes. The main phone number to Orkin have friendly efficient people who follow through. I’ve had to get 4 traps moved and tried contacting our original sales guy, he won’t return calls or help with whom I should contact, from the beginning I’ve found him unfriendly. Once again I called the main number and am getting help. It’s been expensive but effective. Hopefully I’ll get a new rep.

The service had been good and I was pleased with the work. Quick and non-intrusive. I was scheduled every 2 months at $70 per service. I changed it to a quarterly service. Unbeknownst to me, they increased the fee from $70 to $102 for the same service I was getting, but less times per year. Since I just send the $70 after the service I never open the invoice. I just received a call letting me know I was $32 light on my payment. I was never told the price would go up and cant understand why it even would. That is not how I wish to work with any company. I told them to remove me from their continuing service. I will find another pest control company.I was offered an opportunity to speak with somebody after posting my complaint, but with no way to contact that person unless I post my name and address on this forum. Called Orkin and went nowhere. Ended up leaving a message to somebody in corporate. Brilliant

I live in the desert mountains and have not seen a bug around my house since Ive been using Rob at Orkin. He usually only sprays the outside because I asked him to as I have animals and prefer it outside and it covers the inside of the whole house. Today I was picking up rocks and moving them to other places and I cant even tell you how surprised I was to see there werent any bugs underneath any of them! Crazy right? I love me some Orkin!!

He sprayed my yards three times and that was it he never came inside and he never did the Attic. In fact the job he did on the outside I was very dissatisfied. I still have please the same as I had before I had him come. I would never use this service again. Theyre willing department is trying to say that I owe them money for the last visit which is not true. And then they tried to continue to come back I guess just to run my bill up higher but thank God that I caught them before they sprayed because I did not ask them to come back. Like I said I still have please Im going to go get some spray myself and do it myself.

Orkin is a 5 star business and my technician, Jerod, is definitely a 5 star tech! He always asks how things have been since his last visit, he’s amazing at explaining everything we are doing proactively and he does an awesome job of making sure all the unwanted critters stay out of my house. He’s even super sweet to my wannabe “vicious” little yapping furkids!

Our family - even our dog - liked Sergio. He is super kind and pets the family dog. I havent seen a single bug inside my house.

Beware - they send an additional sales guy out to do unnecessary termite inspections. And the guy made my wife feel very awkward when he was in the master bedroom saying he knew we were not going to continue our services past seven visits. Will not do business again!!

I am so happy I took out a year’s Service with Orkin. All of the staff are very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable and they respond quickly with calls and texts. It’s comforting knowing my house is secure from unwanted critters.

Well, it took the inspector about 20 or 25 min. to go though the entire house . if you at the report it shows nothing bad. I think for these few minutes and the charges are exuberant and robbery. I did it for goodness of my hart to arrange the so called inspection and give Orkin a chance to give the employee an income .

The technician was very friendly. But, he seems to not work to the bar as we expected. We will see if his work really brings a good result as reviews said. Then my review may need to be changed.A few weeks has passed, we haven’t seen those bugs at all. Hopefully it will last. We are very happy with the result. So I change the quality of service to 5 stars.

I have used other big name and local companies, Orkin has been the only company to take care of the pests. I have had scorpion problems in the past and only Orkin was able to fix it. They also took care of rodent and a bee hive. The professionals that have come to service my home have been great.

I’ve been with Orkin for a few years, and I’m really happy with the service. The techs are all friendly and knowledgeable, they schedule my service when it’s convenient for me, and they always make additional visits in between my scheduled services if necessary.

Always sends a reminder text and shows up on time. When I’ve needed to reschedule they are always accommodating. They are efficient and personable.

Love your excellent service and the very friendly and professional technicians. They are great. I really appreciate the electronic notices before they arrive and their emails after they have completed the service. My local Orkin provider is doing a fantastic job.However, I dont care for Orkin Corporates billing practices at all. Most companies this size accept electronic billing. Not Orkin; my bank has to send them a check. That takes an extra week for Orkin to receive their money. Very confusing to me.

I am so impressed with this company! I have been fighting “springtails” for the last year with no good results. Orkin comes out and the problem is solved! As soon as I called the office the staff knew exactly what I was talking about, had dealt with them before and with great results.Their tech Ray came out. I liked him instantly. I have been using Orkin Pest Control Service for 20 years and do not even remember anyone other than Cameron. He has taken care of rodents and bees efficiently and timely. I prefer Saturday service butdue to my retirement schedule I have had to reschedule lots of times. I dont like early morning appointments either, but rescheduling has been simple, easy and accommodating. And not once forgotten. I always receive a reminder call, and his time of arrival is always very close to my appointment time. His personality is very respectful of customers, calm, gentle and is a great listener. He always takes the time to be congenial and shows that he is genuinely interested in his customers.

They always check in to see if there is anything new. They have done a great job. The best test of this is that we have not had any pest problems! We enjoy the team and trust them. I had Orkin come out and install termite traps at my house. The service we received appeared to be great and they were efficient and professional.However, a few weeks later I noticed that they dug a hole and punctured my irrigation drip line. They didn’t even bother to tell me this happened, and even left the hole exposed without filling it back. The termite trap was then installed a few inches past this and covered up with dirt.After running my drip line, I found two other areas where the drip line was punctured and the termite traps flooded with water. I’m disappointed they wouldn’t have informed me of this, or had the awareness that this was an issue.
