Bellator was scheduled to exterminate an emergency pest problem for me today at the apt. Complex that I am currently living at. Two days prior and the day of there is no answer after multiple calls and voicemails, did not show up to complete the job, and has not answered my calls to reschedule or notify me that they will not be at the apt. today. Poor customer service. If I had a choice it would not be Bellator. Zero stars.

Bellator has been really great to work with. We hired them to replace Burns Pest Elimination at our Condo Community in Scottsdale. They use more pet and child friendly product which makes our residents very happy. They always show up for their regular visits to change out the bait boxes, spray, and anything else we might need them to look at. Also, if ever the staff or residents see anything between visits, Bellator comes out at no extra charge to take care of it. Christian and John are such joys to work with, and all of our residents LOVE them! Thank you!

This company is responsible for not properly distributing Avitrol on my apartments property, which is a pet friendly complex. They can easily be held responsible for any pet related deaths.

Ballator is great! We use them both commercially and residentially and have to say that these guys know their stuff, and being kid/pet friendly is a major plus. One of my properties had a rat problem with all the surrounding construction going on, and after just a few short weeks, the problem was no more! They are very responsive and friendly. We definitely give them our ACS stamp of approval!

The Bellator team is very professional and knowledgeable and their response time is amazing! They have done a great job with a pigeon problem at a condo community next to a lake.
