I come here everyday! we have a mailbox here and use this PostNet location for all our shipping needs. Catherine is the best, super friendly, professional. She can do everything and anything, shes even helped in the past with missing shipments ans finding tracking information- things that PostNet was not responsible for but the shipping companies wouldnt help with!! She has been doing the most fabulous job and highly recommend this PostNet location for your printing and shipping needs.

The lady that works there is super nice and easy to do business with . . . The rates for printing services are very low compared to other places thats Ive had to print stuff .. I love this location and I will be forever a customer.

Because of COVID-19 and my high risk group category, I am unable to go inside stores. I emailed Catherine (over the week-end) and she was very agreeable to working with me on shipping an international package. She was able to find the best method for the international & take in 2 other packages from the car trunk for pick up by USPS & UPS. Thank goodness for their wonderful customer service during such a difficult time! Catherine, you are simply the BEST!

After this establishment changed hands this year, I CANNOT recommend them. My son left his keys after Christmas and I used PostNet to send them to his home. I clearly had his address on it. The young man at this office made the label with his mother (new owner) standing there training him. Imagine my surprise when they came back to me as undeliverable!! I returned and asked him to please resend at no cost. He refused. He told me that he would dented offer me 25% off of FedEx prices. I stated that this is not acceptable and showed him the package with my sons address clearly on it. He again said sorry, but I will not re send the package. I am sorry that I had been recommending them as an alternative to USPS. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

Barbara and the gang are awesome! We have had a mailbox at her location for many years and have all of our packages shipped there as well. Its so easy to have things done this way and they treat us like gold. Wouldnt have it any other way but to have our services handled with Barbara. Shes the best and thanks for always taking care of Teresa and me. Highly recommended!!

I never realized one could have a good shipping experience...after headaches with USPS, UPS and FedEx stores; Im relieved to have found PostNet and Barbara :)Lets start with the fact that its Holiday season and shipping is a nightmare experience right now, but if youre lucky enough to end up at this store youll become a loyal customer for life. Barbara and her associate Jeremy were incredibly friendly, the shipping rates were reasonable, and the location was easily accessible.I am beyond grateful for this store, staff, and my experience today! Ill see you guys this time next year.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!Incredibly poor services, highly rude and inappropriate staff behavior, and unprofessional and unacceptable management of services and employees. I attempted to notify PostNet owner Barbara L. numerous times to inform her of an employees pugnacious and threatening behavior and inept services while patronizing her business. Unfortunately, the owner elected not to respond to my multiple requests to speak with her regarding this matter. Barbaras failure to ensure customers receive quality and respectful services while engaging in business with her company and her avoidance to communicate with patrons regarding service / employee related issues and concerns is unprofessional and unacceptable. SHAME ON OWNER BARBARA L. FOR ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO BE VICTIM TO SUCH SUBSTANDARD SERVICES AND DEPLORABLE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR!

I use this PostNet for all my shipping. Costs slightly more than the post office, but totally worth the time and frustration savings. Plus they are super nice. I found out they do printing so Im going to get my business cards and flyers printed here too. The parking is easy, so Im in and outy. There are a few other postal places in the area, but this is my favorite.

PostNet on Scottsdale Rd. & Shea is fantastic!! The people are super friendly. Every time I need to ship anything or even get my business cards done, they are there for me. I wont go anywhere else.

Prices more than 2 times more expensive, other places way cheaper.

We use Postnet almost EVERYDAY to ship our packages. There is not a more helpful friendly staff in Scottsdale. We wouldnt think of taking our business elsewhere !
