Ran into an issue that was outside of Mirage Limousines hands and Kamran was responsive, professional, and made everything whole in a timely manner. I did not have to chase him down to make it right and he was quick to handle the issue. I would recommend doing business with him.

Last minute booking was no problem. We had a great birthday for my dad. I ordered the birthday package And my dad loved it. Red carpet and balloons! The wine included was also good! The guy on the phone was super nice and helped me out! I would recommend this service! And would do this again.Also the driver was really nice!

We host an annual Christmas party and have used their limos the past couple of years. They have been nothing but amazing to work with. We moved from out of state and have used other companies in the past, but Mirage has by far been the most reasonable and accommodating. Additionally, both their drivers and vehicles are top notch. I was to my last day to look for a limo service I called mirage limousines and he has very quick and helpful. They showed up the very next day and the driver very professional. I will keep calling them for their services our driver was Raul and he was the best. 100%recommended

I hired these guys for my birthday and I was so pleased with the service. The drivers were super friendly and took care of our every request. The bus ride was very smooth and not like other limo businesses I’ve hired previously. The bus was also very COVID friendly with full sanitization and the drivers were wearing masks. It was overall a great night with great music, awesome photos and a great ambience. Will definitely hire them again!

Many things about my experience with this company bothered me. The first put off was them charging up front with an additional $300. The price for the bus was $900 but the authorization was for $1200. This was never explained during the agreement stage that they take this money in case of overtime, in case someone pukes or in case someone damages the bus. They should be more clear that they intend to authorize an amount above the agreed upon price because when you use a debit card that money is held out of your account. The night of the event the first thing I noticed was the bus looked like an old city bus painted black and sounded like one as well. Inside it was a little dated, seating was not great and very narrow in some areas. The design inside sucked as it had an upstairs area and a downstairs which split up our group. This defeated the whole purpose of riding together in a Party Bus. Their sound system was outdated or simply malfunctioning as it wouldnt connect to my phone via Bluetooth. When I connected it with a USB you could barely hear it through the speakers. Less than a mile from my home we heard a horrendous explosion in the rear which we thought was a blown tire. They stopped the bus on the side of the road and for 30 minutes were trying to figure out what to do. They then told us it was an airbag that keeps the bus elevated. When I exited the bus and looked you could easily see it was resting on the rear tire. Rather than cut their losses and end the night they pressed on telling us they can proceed but had to drive at a slower speed. After about another 10-15 minutes you could smell burned rubber in the back and hear a clanking noise. Finally they gave up and told us they were stopping at a Circle K which was now about 10 miles from my home. They said they had a replacement bus in Scottsdale but no drivers so they had to leave us there at the Circle K. This is where the 1 Star Review was mostly earned. It was cold that night, we had a cooler full of alcohol for our guests and now we were in a parking lot and had to request several Ubers. The driver and the assistant were clearly flustered, apologized, emptied us out and left in such a hurry youd think we chased them off. We stood out in the cold and it took about 30 minutes for a group of 14 to be picked up one Uber at a time. I was wondering the whole time; why they didnt let us wait in the bus instead of dumping us in 40 degree weather? My guess is once we were no longer paying customers they didnt care what happened to us. We were no longer clients we were the people weighing down the bus that they needed to get back to Scottsdale from Glendale. When I emailed Monday requesting my money back no mention of asking how we got home, no offer to pay for the Ubers or even an offer to make it up at a discount. What did I get? I hope we can earn your business in the future Sadly this is one night I wont forget and one company I will not call again.

My best friend had her wedding this passed Friday. We spent the morning getting our hair and makeup done. Most of us spending over $150 on the service. The bride and groom had arranged a limo to take us all together to the venue. The destination we were supposed to be heading was incorrect on the paperwork but no one confirmed with us. On top of that, the AC was completely not working, although they would not admit it. Each bridesmaid and the wedding officiant was pouring sweat, some even felt like they were going to pass out from heat. During ALL of this, the manager/owner called the bride ON THE WAY TO HER WEDDING, to blame her for the companys miscommunication within itself. Once we arrived at the venue and we piled out of the unbearably hot limousine, we were not only late, but needed to have all of our hair and makeup fixed. This ultimately took time away from the wedding reception. If I could give zero stars I would. Thank goodness the bride was able to see past the disaster and found joy in her big day, despite being treated so poorly by this company. It honestly would have been better to never use this companys services whatsoever. If you are thinking about choosing this company, dont. Take your business elsewhere and dont let them spoil your big day too.

From the initial call to schedule the pick-up I had great customer service. I called early morning the same day and was helped immediately. I had no problems doing this and they were able to accommodate me right away. My driver arrived early with perfect timing very punctual. My driver was awesome and outgoing for being an early morning pick up. The driver was professional, nice and courteous. I spoke with my driver during the trip, felt like I knew him I know I will use Mirage again and refer to my friends. Mirage and the crew really go above and beyond! It was my first time searching for a reputable limousine company to take our kids to Homecoming. I contacted Mirage Limousine and I talked to Raul. He was so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. On Homecoming day, Anthony our driver arrived on time as promised. The kids loved the Hummer limo. It was bright and colorful inside and the music was really loud. Anthony had the air nice and cool and water was ice cold. He was so kind and gave me his cell number to call with any questions or concerns. When they left the dance, Anthony got them home safely and on time. This service hands down is the best i have ever used. I used Mirage Limousines on 11/24/2014 to shuttle my guest from the Arizona Biltmore to Wrigley Mansion. I was very impressed with Kevin who i believe is the owner. The process was very smooth and so simple. I booked the the shuttle bus for about 4 hours, 545pm to 945pm. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with other companies similar to this one. I was already looking for this to be a below average service honestly. To my surprise the driver was actually early and came looking for me to complete a little bit of paper before my guest got on the shuttle bus. he was very well dressed, honestly that was refreshing to see and to top it his demeanor was very professional . He was very well spoken and very funny. Most importantly he was really courteous and patient. He stayed in contact with me the entire time like i told him to, so that we could keep the shuttle pick ups and drop offs right on schedule. For anyone who has never used this service i strongly recommend it and if i could rate this any higher it would be 10 stars.Mirage Limousines is truly a diamond that i found in the rough.

We hired the 45-person party bus for a company holiday party. The entire experience was fantastic. The driver and co-driver/bouncer/enforcer were very professional and accommodating. At one point we headed downtown for dinner and when it was time to leave, the streets were closed off for an event at US Airways Center. The driver kept me in the loop on where to be and how to get picked back up. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced, especially if you can split it with several people on the bus. Would highly recommend Mirage.

I’ve used Mirage Limousines once before and had a good experience but this one is for January 2018. I recently hired Mirage Limo for my daughters Sweet 16, such an important event and I am so thankful that I did. We had issues with her cake and other things but the Limo was amazing! Nice and clean and we ordered the extra party package so she got to walk on the red carpet and balloons inside were great! The kids loved the lights inside and the sound system was wonderful and plugged right in to our phones for music. This made our event and our evening thank you to Chris our driver who was both polite and professional and to Kevin for putting up with all my last minute questions. I have used Mirage Limo several times in the past 6 months. They are super efficient and professional. It is nice to speak to someone on the phone that doesnt have a thick accent. They send me confirmation pages and receipts right away, which is super helpful because I have to provide an expense report to my boss. They are always on time, and their cars are always clean and in excellent condition. The cold, sparkling water is also a nice touch.

We chose the Rolls Royce Limo as a surprise wedding gift for my granddaughter and her fiancé. Nick, the driver, was helpful in keeping it a complete surprise until he was in the driveway behind them. We are all thrilled with the professionalism of the Mirage Limousine Service and will definitely use them again.

This company helped make my best friends bachelor party a memorable night! Kevin was a pleasure to talk to and was always kind and professional during our conversations. Our driver, John was also very professional and made it easy to coordinate pick up and drop off times at multiple locations through the night. In addition to a great staff the hummer we rented for the night was very nice and fit 12 comfortably. In the future I will defiantly use this company for limo rentals!

We used Mirage Limousines for our daughters prom group and had a refreshingly great experience! They were on time, professional and the vehicle was beautiful. The driver did an excellent job communicating with both us and our daughter, which helped the evening go smoothly. We have used other limo companies in the past for similar events. My wife and I used Mirage Limousines 1939 Rolls Royce Limo to take her parents out to dinner and a comedy show. The knew we were getting a limo and were both blown away when the Rolls Royce Limo showed up. Kevin our driver was great, he was able to get us to and pick us up from the front door of the restaurant and the arena downtown. The Limo was amazing, the driver was amazing, and the overall service was amazing. We will defiantly be using Mirage Limousines again.

Arranged for a Christmas Light tour for a group of folks from work with Mirage Limos. Kevin was VERY accommodating and helpful in providing me figure out the best options. Mirage has been doing these types of tours for some time and while they would customize a route based on specific houses we wanted to see, it turned out their route was far better than anything our group came up with. The driver arrived 15 minutes early so we had an opportunity to discuss routes and payment without running into our 3 hour block of time. The driver was very professional and friendly - any request we had was honored without question, stopping when we wanted to get out or driving by a second time. The limo was very clean and stocked with water glasses and ice just as promised. Our tour ended right on time, and the driver even took a picture of the group in front of the limo at the end of the tour! The next day I realized the driver forgot to give me back my credit card, so I called Kevin who quickly found the card. Kevin drove to Scottsdale Fashion Square where I was shopping to return my credit card. Talk about quick personal service!!Very professional company, polite employees, clean limo and timely service ... Ill call Mirage the next time I need a limo ride!

Ive attended a birthday celebration over the weekend. The group and I used Mirage Limo as a service for their unique party bus. The company is highly professional and amazing! Our experience was incredibly fulfilling with excitement and their service through out the night was exquisite!! The driver, the security guards and the bar assistance were very professional, well dressed, very nice, helpful, respectful and their patience with our intoxicated group was highly impressive. The owner who is well-qualified, Kevin is very understanding when it comes to a celebration. Kevin is helpful any way possible and well give you a great deal for any special occasions. Had an amazing time with Mirage Limo for my wedding. The driver, Matt, was very patient when we were running late and only spoke with me, the bride, not taking directions for the hordes of other people around. The limo looked beautiful; the driver was wonderful; I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We reserved the H2 for our daughters 9th Birthday Party. The experience was wonderful and the service was impeccable! This was the most memorable party our daughter will ever have! The car was beautiful. The driver was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Setting up the reservation was also easy and pleasant. It turned out to be the easiest party ever to plan!! The price was right on target and every person we spoke with at Mirage Limousines was very accommodating. We would recommend Mirage Limousines to ANYONE!

This was the best limo company i have used. They made my birthday extra special. I can’t believe John our driver looked after us the way he did, he was kind, caring, and respectful the whole evening. I had heard horror stories about limo drivers being late and rude to clients, but that was not the case at Mirge!! Thank you Mirage for making my birthday super special!!!

If I could leave Mirage Limousines 0 or negative stars I would. It is my suggestion not to ever do business with Mirage Limos as they proved to be unethical and a scheming company. We had a group of 29 for the Phoenix Open and rented a 35 passenger party bus over the phone with Kevin. Then in the contract they put that it was 30 passenger (that it was a new vehicle in the fleet) yet was the same price. I was upset by this so Kevin told me they wouldnt take me as a client despite having already signed the contract. I got upset and asked to speak with someone else, Raul was no better. I should have opted out at that point but not wanting to reach out to a new company and go through the process again I moved forward. Not only did they have you pay 100% up front (so you have no power) they showed up in a party bus that maybe fit 18-20 max. Regardless all 29 piled in with over half the group standing. Not only was it uncomfortable but incredibly dangerous for passengers should there be an accident. I spoke with the manager and he told me to suck it up everyone was in the same position on a busy weekend and that I was being unreasonable. Its a shame this is how they decided to treat a REPEAT client (as I have used them for several corporate events). I even provided them with an opportunity to correct the situation by either adjusting the price or having the correct bus pick us up and take us home. They again were very rude and unwilling to make the change to the vehicle or price. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs unless you are willing to risk being conned or deceived.

Had an awesome time! Got the party bus for my boyfriends 41st birthday. They were very professional. Got there right on time, made everything super easy, asked during the ride if we wanted them to stop for restroom breaks. They had no problem just driving around the side streets so we could just blast the music, drink and have a good time. Will definitely use them again!

Great limo service. My sister was visiting from Colombia and needed a limo service to pick her up from the airport as well as to get around the city during the week. On multiple occasions, I joined her and the drivers were all extremely attentive, very polite and a pleasure to work with. My sister and I were both very satisfied and she will be using this service again during her next trip.
