Like always great service and great place! I purposely drive further about 10 minutes longer of a drive just to go to this location versus other Loes locations thank you guys youre the best.

I couldnt have had the perfect day if it wasnt for the exceptional customer service provided by Ben, Adam, a young fellow with my return and a young lady at the customer service desk who made my return (13 bags of mulch) easy and painless. Thank you All for adding to my day filled with blessings!!

7 Star rating from this experience.Didnt have what I needed.First I went to that other big box home improvement place. I looked everywhere I could think of looking for the item. After half an hour I interrupted a group of employees having a chat session. One pointed and said I think theyre on aisle 21 or maybe way in the back, pointing, at the end of aisle 23. They resumed their conversation. I looked everywhere that was suggested. Not found. Went back up front and asked at the help counter. No help. Asked if they could check the inventory. Told me I could do that myself on their app. I left feeling like an invisible customer.Lowes didnt have it either, but I was asked 4 times Can I help you? Before I got to the department I assumed the item would be. The fifth employee pulled out her phone and searched, not only all Lowes in the area but any retailer around that might stock the item. None did. She told me she could order one for me but it looked liked, from her search, I could get it cheaper and faster from eBay.Me smiling 😁

Love coming to this store .... its always in stock, clean, wingstacks arent blocking half the aisles, and the employees actually seem happy to help you or answer your questions. Ive partially or fully renovated five properties through this store, and cant honestly think of a complaint that didnt get resolved. Wish I could say that about everywhere I spend my money!

I like shopping at Lowes. They have a different selection of items then home Depot and the staff is always been friendly and helpful.

Everything easy to find. A little bit pricey.

Overall great location. Every once in a while you will come across an associate who runs the other way if they sense a question, outside of that, great experiences always.

I needed assistance getting some blinds ordered. Three times I had asked someone who worked there to call someone over to help me. Three times, no one ever showed up. I wont be coming back to Lowes. But I thank Lowes for one thing...they reminded me why I need to support local mom n pop small business.

For this person this is a hit or miss location.Many visits. Sometimes pleased.Personnel at returns/customer service always 5++ stars. The floor varies. Have left a number of times because of either no service, being ignored or unsatisfactory service. This is my personal experience since they opened.

Just over a mile from mi casa, how could it be otherwise?But Ill tell you what ... sometimes I go ranging around to 3 or so Big Orange places (were centered between 3) thinking Ill find just the right there, and I ultimately find it at Lowes.Great range of selection, great people.

I had a missing part to a new appliance that made it unusable. I couldn’t find the part for sale, and no one was around in appliances to help out. Eric from customer service found a creative solution to my problem in 5 minutes flat.

I was having a bad day at Lowe’s yesterday do to a myriad of problems. Then, I went to the tile department and met the most helpful, professional, and patient young man named Marcus. He took a bad day and turned it into a great day. He was so pleasant while dealing with my tile issues. Thank you Marcus and well done Lowe’s for employing such good people.

The staff was very helpful to me, it would have taken much more time to find what I needed if I searched on my own. They led me to where I needed to go.

Disastrous. Had to pick up items that were ordered online. I call the main #. Automated. Chose curbside pickup option. Rang. And rang. No answer. Called twice. No answer. Called main #. Chose appliances. Was told need to talk to customer service. Called main #. Chose customer service option. Was told needed to talk to online order people. Connected to online people. Was told to pull up in front entrance and would be right out. 20 minutes later, I had to call them back and 10 minutes later, they came out. All for a simple curbside pickup order. On the verge of being done with Lowes.

This Lowes frequently does not have specialty items in stock, even though they say they have multiple of them in stock online.Though this is the closest Lowe’s location to where I live, it is still out of the way for me to come here. I hate to buy stuff online, but it is honestly more straightforward and less frustrating to just buy the things I need from Amazon.

This is my go to store for most of my home needs. The store almost always has exactly what I want plus more. The staff are knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I may have. Check out is a breeze and there is a self check out for early adapters as well. Returns are as always validated when valid and I’ve never experienced anything but helpful people when I’ve needed to return or more likely replace something. One year I purchased a lawn mower in a box and for some reason it was problematic. I replaced it with a like mower and the same thing happened. After returning it once more I was given a small credit applied to a different make of mower. A husqvarna to be specific. I didn’t know there was a mower that feels and looks luxurious yet cuts like a freshly sharpened sickle in a wheat field. That was a solid move on their part and I will not soon forget their efforts to help me get my grass cut. I like going to this store and will continue to for the foreseeable future.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single time I step foot in this store I am ignored. Multiple employees will pass by without acknowledging that I am there or ask if I need help with anything. On May 19th, I splurged on myself and made the choice to purchse custom blinds for my new place. This was a huge but exciting purchase as I usually dont treat myself very often. Fast forward to the day of install - the wrong sized blinds and valances were sent. Thankfully the installer was able to somehow make 2 of them work (but still missing the valances). I already had to wait over a month at this point for them to be installed. I was told by the installer that Lowes would be contacting me within 2 days to let me know what needed to be done with the blinds that were the wrong size. I have not heard a single word from Lowes, and again it has been another month since the installer came out. Over 2 weeks ago I receieved what I hope are the correct sized blinds. But, still have not heard a single word from Lowes or the company that does the installation to set up another appointment. So, yesterday I decided to stop by Lowes (bc forget calling, you will just be placed on hold forever). I went straight to home decor, employees pass by, not a single one asking if I needed anything. The woman working in the department was helping another customer, so I patiently waited. Even she did not acknowledge me to let me know shed be with me when she was done. I waited for probably a good 30-40 minutes, and nothing. So I left. I was able to find the number for the company that does the installation, and left a message with them last night. They have not returned my call yet either. This actually just blows my mind. So Lowes, you got my money and now you just dont care about making it right? I absolutely will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and will share my experience with others. It is not okay!

Not sure whether theyre into bait and switch or just horrible at in-stock levels. Website still says 4 on hand of an item, but order gets canceled immediately due to not in stock. Called the location, hung up on twice. Not the typical Lowes experience as I love Lowes over HD, but off to Amazon to buy the item now with free same delivery for the same price.

I am just in all.. Long story short my wife and l’s fridge went out so of course we had to go spend money on another unwanted expense. We started of by going to Best Buy then settling at Home Depot... while the worker from Home Depot was nice. He wasn’t able to help us due to the fridge we wanted being out.. The only place showing that they might have it was Lowe’s. So we called all the Lowe’s around us unable to get ahold of anyone. We finally did at this location and got sent to Ken in appliances. This guy went above and beyond to try to help make up for the fact that they were also out of that same fridge that we wanted. He told us to come in anyway and he’ll see what he can do for us. So we get there and found a fridge that was a little more pricey then the fridge that we wanted. Ken let us know that he was a man of his word and sold us our new fridge at the same price. I’m not sure what Ken’s position is at this location, but he deserves to get a raise or promotion. The see the way he was able to multitask with the other 15 customers there and still provide with the help we needed was nothing short of remarkable. I run a multimillion dollar store myself and know how hard it is to obtain value employees like this. Thank you Ken!!!

This place is great it has something for everyone from basic cleaning supplies to building an entire house from faucets to lumber the concrete to brick to Windows the mirrors you name it.

Great always find what Im looking for

I need to purchase 2 packing totes from Lowes. They had what I wanted but on the second to top shelve. I walked to the main aisle. Wave at two employeesstanding 40 feet away. They both look at me and stop to hold a conversation for 5 minutes. When I walk towards them they both went in two separate directions. Someone at the customer service counter was nice enough to call someone for assistance. No one showed. I had to figure a way to get the product myself. To end this, I asked the speak to a Manger before I left the store to complain. The manager called the cashier and ask what do I want. I want better customer service. Too many people would love to have a job.

I worked at a Lowe’s location on Hayden and McDowell store the management there is aweful no communication what so ever. You worked the same station every day even outside. I worked there for 12 years and for the pay I was working I got let’s say 1.00 for a raise every year just by how much I was making there I probably got less than that. This is the good part lol I have my 2 week notice and I happen to talk to my manager and store manager together my manager told me thank you for your hard work working for us and the store manager just told his co worker ok now we have to post 2 part time jobs no thank you or anything from store manager never again will o work for that store as long as that store manager is there I won’t be there working I thought I would share my experience working here for 12 years

The Scottsdale store had the washing machine I wanted in stock I was able to buy it and leave with it as opposed to having to wait for them to deliver it or go to a distribution center miles away.I saw the same washer at Home Depot a half hour earlier and they told me I couldnt get it for 10 days because I had to go to a distribution center and that they were busy.Ethel in appliances was really helpful!

I love this Lowes! Its huge and clean, the staff are very helpful. I just bought my first home, and have NO IDEA what Im doing. Mike was very helpful and personable. He was patient with me when I asked for help finding shelf thingies. I love the garden center, tons of plants, trees, seeds, etc. I like to go early since it seems to get busy later in the day.

I didn’t get her name, but a woman helping us in the paint department today was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. The store was clean and all the employees were friendly. We’ll return here if we need anymore home improvement items.

Excellent staff! I had to purchase supplies to install a new sprinkler system in our backyard. I was pricing it out at Home Depot and stopped in the Lowes to pickup some light bulbs. I mentioned to one of the workers that I was about to purchase a sprinkler system through Home Depot and he told me that Lowes will beat prices by 10%. I came back a couple days later with a quote and took it to the service desk. They did take off 10% and even got someone to help me get all the parts we needed. They were super friendly and amazing! I highly recommend them!

Very disappointed with our checkout. Dont know name but her badge said head cashier. Spent over three hundred dollars. One item was on sale but came up regular price. When cashier asked the head cashier about it she was very rude. My husband went back to get sale sign. She was very rude about changing price like I was lying to her. I love shopping at lowes in Scottsdale but to be treated like this makes me think twice. Home Depot is right by my house. Nobody should be treated bad even if they only spend a dollar

I think Lowes is a very good place to shop. I filled out a form and they issued me a card for a veterans discount. The other home improvement store always gives me a hard time trying to get a discount. They always have what I need. Its a very good place to shop.

I love lowes, but this time they were out of framing hammers that can grip and turn 2x4s and the sockets I was after in both major brands. I have work to do, so I had to settle for other tools.

This place is my new favorite store. I just moved to Scottsdale and the Lowes on Hayden and McDowell has great customer service, they know where things are, they know how to help you get exactly what you need, and as a single woman, I need that help and they are not scared to share their knowledge.Their lawn and garden center is the bomb and everything Ive bought there has lasted Im not died. I even bought a blueberry bush there because blueberries are my favorite and it has continued blooming blueberries for me for months! If you checked out Lowes before make sure to check THIS LOWES out!!!

Really need to work on friendliness, customer service. Employees have this i dont care attitude. Seem put out. Gives off the impression of i hate my job. Maybe they are treated horrible. I dont know, but really dont like asking for help.

I had called all around to find additional packages of my pergo flooring that was a special order item as we ran out towards the end of the installation. I was able to find some at both Lowes in Scottsdale. The Lowes South was absolutely delightful to deal with a young lady by the name of Kristen took my information looked for the flooring immediately called me back took my payment and had it ready for me when I got there today as opposed to the young man at Lowes North who couldnt be bothered talking to me obviously was irritated I was asking him to look for something and then failed to call me back I had to call back again later The difference in the customer service between these stores is incredible so Ive driven extra time from where I live to Scottsdale because of the quality of their customer service Good job guys!

The store was clean with lovely Christmas displays. But the garden section didnt have a wide selection & variety of flowering plants. The employees were polite & courteous.

I came to this store looking for a specific oil for my car. I asked several people where I might find what I was looking for, to no avail. I continued to look for the product I wanted. Darius saw me continuing to look and said he would find it if it’s here. Through his tenacity and help from, I believe, the manager It was located. Not much goin on here i went into the garden section and plants are all super wilting and nobody could help us out....there was atleast 1 lady at the register that seem to have some knowledge but i did not catch her name.
