Im beyond mad! This place has selected working Machines with no huge signs on them saying Out of Order. I had to transfer my clothes from one machine to the next multiple times. I put money in 4 of them and guess what!? Didnt start! One machine worked 5min n stopped with it saying End! 🤬🤬 I highly do not recommend this place!!!

Ive lost money in machines here on both of my visits, one of the dryers didnt dry my clothes... out of 5 loads of laundry 2 went smooth..My second visit here and the change machine just ate my money and went out of service.Tried calling them as this is getting ridiculous and no answer. Wont bother coming back Ill drive to Mesa or Tempe and I live a block away.... Very janky for Scottsdale.

The employees there were very friendly and helpful!!! I came late and they let me stay a few minutes late to finish!!!I will use their Laundry Matt Again!!!

When I was there one hot afternoon, it was good. There are fans and I tolerated it well. The machine I used worked fine.

Needs to fix machines there are so many broken sometimes hard to find one that works.

Needed to wash large comforters for fall. No air conditioning. Dirty, old building, old machines. Homeless come in to bathroom and hover. The only positive police station across street. Stay away.

A small, clean laundromat with a wide variety of machines, including several mega-load sized options. The kid working there was very friendly and the prices were competitive. A very good laundromat all-around!

Nice to see someone finally updating this place. Really like the late hours so I dont have to wait til the weekend to be able to do my clothes. Also being able to drop them off and pick them up later for cheap is a bonus too. And being able to use their wifi so I dont have to burn up all my data lol

Very friendly staff. The new owners just took over from the prior owner in January and have made many improvements; including new machines, fixing machines, cleaning and more.Overall a much more pleasant experience then before.

Its very hot. No AC and on a very busy Sunday. Half the dryers dont work. I came here because my apartment washers are out and my other regular spot was full.

Very clean and functional laundromat. I used to go to Jennys on Thomas because this place was poorly maintained, but the new management is investing a lot into this business. The customer service is excellent, the machines are constantly serviced (and marked if they are out of order so that I dont lose my money), and the space is well maintained. Thanks!

The huge heavy duty washers - fit two comforters! Excellent with three rinses!

Half the machines didnt work, the coin machine was empty and the machines that did work eat your money!
