I scheduled my consultation with Seanna for laser hair removal, and couldnt be more pleased!! She got me in quickly, answered all my questions, helped me decide what would be best for me, and performed my first treatment (on all 3 areas I was considering), within my hour appointment. I cant stress enough, how comfortable she made me, with her sweet, friendly, reassuring, helpful personality! I was nervous coming in, and excited going out! Looking forward to the rest of my treatments, and finally being able to ditch shaving for good! If youre on the fence, do yourself a favor and book a consultation with her ASAP :)

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon for a facial. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve had facials at other places in the past and they were just OK. I had my appointment with Tracy and she was AMAZING! My skin needed some serious TLC and she definitely provided that. I appreciated her friendly personality and professionalism.This is a med spa so it feels a little cleaner and more doctors office than some of those salon suites, which I appreciated. All of the products used felt nice on the skin and didn’t cause any burning. I have very sensitive skin so this was quite surprising. The experience was very relaxing except for the extractions. I’ve never had extractions before, so just keep in mind they’re sort of painful but it is what it is. My skin is glowing and looks better than ever! I’ll definitely be back.Heather

I was recently in to see Tracie for a facial, and Im happy to say I had a great experience and she did an excellent job! The spa is beautiful, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and very nice. The spa is clean, very covid safe and I felt completely comfortable getting a facial here considering I havent had one in over a year due to covid. Tracie was very sweet and knowledgeable and such a great job on the facial. My skin is glowing the next day and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this spa! I had a great experience.

So I got the Groupon for 3 eyebrow waxes and was thoroughly impressed! The staff members are so sweet and welcoming! Tracie is easy to talk to and I love how much a perfectionist she is! I have had some terrible experiences with getting my brows waxed and she always takes her time making sure my eyebrows are exactly what I want! 🥰

First time ever going to any spa in my life and I absolutely loved it here!! Johana was super nice, with great communication skills, very professional and informative..she took the time to address all my skin concerns and try her best to help me find a solution for them by giving me advice and samples of products I can try to help improve my face problems. But overall she did awesome, I am a very hard to please person when I get things done such as my hair, lips, eyebrows etc I always leave places unhappy and unsatisfied..this time I can say I was beyond satisfied and happy with the experience I will be coming back as much I can, I loved it so much I am literally already telling all my friends and family !!

For my next session, I also decided to do a facial since you get 20% off your first one. Revive has great customer service and their space is very clean!

On April 30th I went in for a custom facial appointment (bought it off of Groupon), despite the Groupon coupon, I still received service far beyond expectations. (You know some salons and spas cut back on the quality of care or services with a Groupon Service, that certainly wasn’t the case here). From the start of my appointment my aesthetician Britza (I think that’s how her name is spelled) took the time to understand my concerns and issues. My acne has been flaring up off and on since the mask mandate, not only did she not make me feel embarrassed by it, but she took time to educate me on different things that may help me with my issues. During my facial she was gentle and told me what she was doing every step of the way and why she was doing it. She went above and beyond and I am gladly going to be a returning customer in the future.My skin is currently in its purging stage after the facial, but my redness and acne have already decreased significantly. The treatments Britza gave me have already helped me to start feeling better about my skin and I look forward to seeing the continued results in the future and coming back for follow up treatments.
