Be very careful with these guys. I transferred my service to Verizon through them in December 2020. I walked in the store front to inquire about adds I had seen showing a much cheaper monthly cost than my current ATT account. Of course what I saw in the add wasnt what I could get, yes the small print. They were the same cost, so I told the salesman I would check other options. To keep me from walking away he promised me a $250 gift card that I could use for future payments. I thought this was worth it, so decided to switch. I never heard anything about this for weeks after, so went back to the store. An employee said they would email it again. After not seeing this email I called Verizon directly. They did send an email, but it said I was not eligible for the $250 GC. I have spent so many hours, seriously hours, on the phone with the manager, Scott I believe, Verizon directly, had Verizon get the manager on the phone with them, all with nothing accomplished. They were all very nice when we talked and full off promises to get this done. I honestly think this is their game, false promises and just wear you out till you give up. Well I gave up, but want to warn you not to go waste your time with On Communications.

Best Verizon experience I have ever had and I have been a customer over 10 years! I worked with Chris on adding another line to my plan. He went above and beyond for us, answered all of our questions, and most importantly was very knowledgeable.I had tried a few other stores in the Valley with no luck. I will be referring all of friends, family, and colleagues in the Valley to go see Chris at this location.09/23 - I worked with this store again and the service associate Angela was the best associate I have ever worked with @ Verizon. She spent 30 mins on the phone with me calling Verizon corporate (which, I accidently hate doing) to help resolve an issue with me bill. I was left very happy and impressed.There are great people working here, words cannot describe how great the service is that they provide.Highly recommended!

Angelica was an excellent Sales Consultant for my wife and I the night before Thanksgiving! She was detailed, helpful and very friendly and pleasant! I personally am very basic when it comes to tech. She made our process with 2 new phones, plans, and accessories nice and smooth. We will be back. Thanks Angelica, quite refreshing!!

This was a great experience upgrading my phone and plan. Dominic took great care of me and my fiancé by answering all of our questions and ensuring that we were able to get out order in within a timely manner. The phone we wanted was not available when we first went in, so he personally made sure that the order was placed as soon as it became available even though it was his day off. I would highly recommend this location. Every time I go in, I am always taken care of.

Jr was very responsive and helpful. We walked in with a laundry list of needs and zero technical knowledge and he set us up with two new phones, transferred our data and hooked us up with everything we needed. Very personable and friendly. Highly recommend asking for Jr if you visit the store.

Update: They dont call back. There has been a charge on my account that I am unable to get rid of because of an work around in porting our number. Last time I mentioned this to them they said but you got such a good deal as if I want to pay and extra $75 for something I did not cause. I do not recommend you go here. Unless of course, you want to spend every day on the phone with Verizon trying to fix the problem they caused.Went in with some questions about a jet pack. JR helped us. Not only did he answer questions about the jet pack, but talked to us about what switching to Verizon would email. Made the process so painless and helped us make the best decisions... plus, he has loyal customers that he helps when they come in with questions. Definitely recommend!

I went into the Verizon store at Thomas and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale Arizona. Junior helped me out, and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten from a Verizon store, hands down. He helped me out with all of my questions and helped me set up my new phone. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you need help, and ask for Junior!

Dominic (night shift worker On Wednesdays) is one of the more efficient and intelligent 3rd party workers Ive had the pleasure of interacting with. I had called Verizon twice and hung up more frustrated than when I called. I also have never had much luck at these 3rd party locations so I was leary omw to the store. But I needed my phone activated and didnt have all the time in the world to drive 20 min out of my way for a corporate location.I left satisfied and more educated in the perfect amount of time. He didnt offer me any deals to leave this nor is he aware I am writing this.If youve left these 3rd party stores frustrated before give this one a shot. The intelligence alone is worth it.

This is our neighborhood Verizon store, and my family and I went yesterday to get all of our phone plans switched over to Verizon. Adrian Cordova helped us on this long journey and was such a superstar! Our old plans were all tied up in T-Mobile and he helped us figure everything out and switch over, as well as helping one of us get set up on a new iPhone. The family plan we got is also super affordable and a great deal. Adrian was kind, super knowledgeable and amazingly helpful during our visit and were so glad he was there to help us out that day! He rocks!

I am extremely grateful for On Communications being an authorized Verizon dealer. If it werent for Jr, I would be stuck without a phone for up to 2 weeks. I had the most lovely experience with Jordan today at this location. My family and I had a phone plan over at Sprint and were paying over $400/ month for four lines. Jordan was able to help my mother and I switch over to Verizon easily, and it was the fastest experience I have ever had in a phone store. He explained all of our options for different phones in detail and helped us choose the best plan for our family. We thought switching carriers would be a pain, but now we cut our phone bill in half. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an employee in my life, i have never been treated so disrespectfully. Also, they employees don’t wear their masks although there signs posted everywhere that they are required and all customers were wearing them. The one thing this store was good for? Helping me realize what a complete waste of money Verizon is and no one should have to pay money to be treated like that!
