David has gone above and beyond for our company. In February we couldnt receive ANY calls nor ANY faxes. This is a major issue since it is a health care facility!!! Our carrier repeatedly told us it was on our end, so we found Comsource to come out. David evaluated our system. Everything was fine, and he recommended things we can do to have a better experience with our phones and clients. Truly no pressure. He also advised us on how to handle our current provider. THREE DAYS in to no service, current provider finally concedes it is their end, but no resolution anticipated for another week. David came back in - despite us not having service with him - just to check in. At that point, we made the decision to follow his recommendations, as he was beyond attentive throughout everything. David continues to check in via email or phone to see how were doing, and give further feedback on what other opportunities we have with our service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him for ANY phone issues. If he doesnt have the answer, he will help you find someone who does. He truly just cares about you and your business.

If you have any need for internet/phone/etc, please call David before doing anything else. We have all had the headache of trying to get multiple quotes, compare companies, sitting on hold endlessly... I moved into a new office and was *slightly* frustrated with my options for internet service providers. After some furious googling, I found David at Comsource. Wow!! David was extremely patient and articulate with me in explaining my options and I never felt like I was being bullied into a decision (which doesnt always seem to be my experience with calling the ISP directly). He was able to follow up with both the ISP and myself, which made the process fantastically smoother. If you need internet, call Comsource first - David saved me hundreds of dollars and just as importantly, made the process smoother than I could have hoped for. Fantastic, five star experience
