I was very anxious looking for a new stylist.Previous stylist from different salon had not listened to me on what I wanted and ended up with semi-permient bright color hair which was nothing like the pictures I had showed them. Robert was great when I meet him and gave me advice on how to naturally pull whatever semi permanent hair I had left in my hair out prior to our very long but great hair dying session. He took the time to educate me on the colors and his technique on how he was going to fix my hair color. Robert did an AMAZING JOB! I left the salon so happy and more confident with my amazing hair! After 7 years of depriving myself in order to give everything that I could to my kids, I decided it was time to do something for myself. The one thing that bothered me was my hair loss. Now, if this had been something that my entire family experienced, I may have been a little more at ease with it but of all the men in my family, I loved my hair the most and am the only one who lost it. My brother and Dad havent lost any hair and they use a shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/deodorant/sunscreen/all-purpose cleaner in one. My girlfriend and I were visiting Arizona for my birthday. We are originally from Colorado. The employees seemed to have NO IDEA what they were doing& they were trying to rush through the entire process. They didn’t do what we asked at all. The color was all wrong (even after showing them pictures). We had asked for silver and my hair ended up an UGLY grayish green and my girlfriends hair was only blonde. they didn’t listen to what we wanted exactly for the haircuts & didn’t do what we had asked. When we asked them to fix it we could tell the employees got attitude about it. We were MAJORLY OVER charged for the poor jobs we had gotten. I would NOT recommend going here if you want anything “too complicated” .

Have search for 10 years for a good stylist to do a good razor cut. Everyone wants to cut with scissors and texturize, but thats not me! Robert did an amazing job with my hair and his magical razor. My hair has never looked so cute in years. I will definitely be back. He took the time to listen to me and understood what I was looking for. I have never walked out of a salon so happy and such a smile on my face in after a cut. Someone that does a razor cut for short hair has to be extremely talented and hes that guy! I was seen by Perla. She is rude very unprofessional. I am real big on personality and I’ve seen better personalities on a wet mop. Not sure where her license came from but my hair was cut uneven and rushed. I should’ve just done it myself. Was hoping to get pampered but just got an icy stare from the women in there. I do not recommend. One star is too many.

Amazing stylist! I started coming to Allis at Ramon and Bacaui because I saw the balayage and highlights she had done for my good friend. I have a lot of hair to work with and Allis took the time to make sure I liked the end result. I have gotten countless compliments on my hair and she does exactly what I’m looking for. I have been searching and searching for a truly great hair colorist for so long now. I have been to so many different salons, and always have had just terrible luck with finding someone who really gets what I’m looking for, or who will not just fry my hair to try to get to my goals way too fast.When I came across this salon, it seemed to have great reviews and everyone said how great the vibes were- they were right! My goal was to transition from very damaged dyed almost black hair, to blonde. I found Fernanda on their site, and she is absolutely amazing. Ramon and team have changed my look and my confidence which was pretty much a disaster before finding this salon. AMAZING.This is now the second time Fernanda has fixed my hair and she is seriously a miracle worker. I had so many brassy gold pieces throughout my hair from just over years and years of old bleach and mess ups and she went through and pulled all the pieces basically one by one and then did a gentle bleach on the rest of my hair to brighten me up ( I wanted a pale white blonde) she truly could not have done a better job. I was super nervous of breakage since we had to go over old bleach with new, but she was very gentle and paid very close attention to detail as well as my particular type of hair and it turned out so beautiful. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to someone new just from being new to Arizona and also impatient, and not one stylist has been able to give me my desired results. She is AMAZING and the salon itself was beautiful and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful as well. I came In late so we were a little crunched for time and Anthony jumped right in to help, he was also very knowledgeable and did a great job. So happy and will be coming here from now on 🥰

After many years of escalated hair loss I recently learned about the Hairskeen system with world renowned expert Ramon Bacaui. I tried all the typical hair growth options, and then was about to pull the trigger on the FUE hair surgery option, but could not get over it would be months before any bit of fuzz would start to grow. Went in for a color and cut, so tired of trying to find a quality hair salon thats comfortable cutting thin, short hair. Booked with Perla, she was running so late. By default got Ramon, and after all the boasting of cutting and styling celebrities, left so disappointed. I paid a lot of money and left looking worse than when I arrived. Would not spend the kind of money theyre asking every again.

Today was my third time getting the Brazilian Blowout at Ramon Bacqui Hair Salon. All my life Ive had very thick, curly, coarse, dry hair. It took forever to style my hair. It might sound ridiculous, but the Brazilian Blowout has changed my life. Pretty much since my twenties Ive had to wear my hair short, and now at 67, Im able to wear it longer and it looks great. Its straight, but not overstrained. Its silky smooth and most of all healthy, even with highlights. It is so easy to take care of and style. It takes no time, and it lasts for months.Ramon, the owner, does my hair. His haircuts are fabulous also, but the entire staff is very talented.All I can say is I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.!!!!Thank you again Ramon.

I was new to Arizona and went to another salon for blond highlights. I left with orange hair and roots. I was in tears when I called and Perla was able to help me. She only spent 2 hours correcting my hair when another place took 5 hours destroying it. When I left Perla I was crying tears of joy, my hair looks perfect and I am beyond greatful. Three days ago I went have highlights from another salon. Biggest mistake of mylife, im new to the area and I had no idea where to go. The girl destroyed my hair. Im a natural redhead and I asked for light blonde highlights throughout my hair. When I left the salon I was a blonde. I went home crying. For two days I sulked over it. I couldnt take it anymore because when I looked in the mirror I didnt even recognize who I was. So I did extensive search on the Internet for the best colorist in the Phoenix area and I came across Perla, senior stylist at Ramon Bacaui Salon. So I made an appointment with Perla. When I sat in her chair I discussed everything that happened to me with my hair and explain my fears of being a natural redhead trying to get the color back to look natural again. Because I know red hair the hardest color to make it look natural. She wanted to to make sure that I felt at ease with the color selection she had chosen, so she did one foil and let it sit for 10 minutes rinse it and dried it to show me what it would look like. I was pleased when she showed me the sample so I gave it a thumbs up to go ahead and continue doing the rest of my hair. When she was all done, I was so impressed. I felt like myself again, I looked in the mirror it was actually me again. She was so kind and patient with me.
