I have been employed at Valencia Home for almost 2 years and I can vouch for the quality care provided to our residents as well as their family members as an insider. Taking care of the elderly is our number one priority but it doesnt stop there. The family members of our residents become like extended family and friends. Its not easy for them. Us being the care takers of their loved ones have a duty to help in any way we can to help them in the process by giving the best quality of life we can to our residents. Every team member we have is exceptional, in my opinion. We all genuinely care. The company itself makes a great work environment and is a huge support system. All in all its a great place to work. I would confidently place my own mother or grandmother at Valencia just knowing the integrity that takes place even when no one is looking. Goal driven to be the best in all areas of senior care is our plan!

My mother had a fall at home and ended up in the hospital where she had surgery and it was then we decided it was time to find a care home for assisted living. Valencia Home is beautifully kept and very clean. My mom gets really good care and with the activities the caregivers provide shes able to work on her strengthening. It has been an great experience!

My 88 year old mom with extremely limited mobility is living at The Valencia House. It was hard to let her go, but 24/7 was mandated. The caregivers/ staff are polite and kind and Ive always found mom, neat, clean and as engaged as she wants to be.Thank you for taking good care of a sweet, little elderly lady .. it means the world to our family!

Great environment happy, clean and engaged. Staff really cares. My mother recently moved in and had no issues acclimated really well. Wish we had moved her sooner!

I am a healthcare worker that visits many group homes and I wouldnt hesitate to move a family member here. The staff is excellent and very attentive. Jessica the manager is on top of everything with each resident. She communicates with me with any patient needs. The home is beautiful and extremely clean, but its the staff that truly makes the place special.

My mother lives at The Valencia Home. She has been there for almost two years and is very well cared for. With a maximum of ten residents and two care givers on duty there is lots of personal attention. Having all women residents also works out very well. We highly recommend The Valencia Home!
