I was having problems with my home fire sprinkler system. The issue was the pressure relief valve was acting up (20 year old home) and intermittently discharging. I checked out a few companies before calling this one. I chose Valley Fire Sprinkler because they seemed like a small business that was built on taking care of their customers...and luckily I was right! My tech was Leo, who seemed to really know his stuff and was a really good guy as well. Liz in the office is seriously one of the nicest people youll ever talk to and a true advocate for the customer. At the end of the day the owner is fair and will take care of you, which is better than I can say about most businesses. My sprinkler system has now been inspected; I have a shiny new pressure relief valve that doesnt leak; and the piece of mind that in the event of an actual fire, my system will work as designed!
