This company installed the fire sprinkler system in my home in 2004 when it was under new construction. Subsequently the fire system in my master bedroom ceiling developed a spontaneous leak resulting in sheet rock damage. This damage may have been a manufacturing defect in the pipe.Moving forward in time, I recently discovered that my home had a massively over sized water meter which has resulted in additional monthly charges of over 110 dollars over many years. At my request, the city of Scottsdale re-evaluated my home and approved a much smaller and less expensive water meter to reduce my monthly bills. The city of Scottsdale Fire department senior Plans examiner suggested I contact my original fire sprinkler company for an analysis to confirm that the smaller water meter would still be appropriate for my system.Dews response was that any change in the water meter size would be inadequate. They were unwilling to re-analyze the system as suggested by the fire marshal. I find this type of dismissive attitude and failure to support their own installations or at least point me in the direction of an appropriate fire sprinkler engineer, to be disappointing at best. I would not recommend using their services.
