I have tried all of their services at this location and have received nothing but wonderful service. I first started with the mail box then grew to needing meeting space to meet clients. They are pretty straight forward and all of their forms are online which makes is SO easy to sign up. I think if you are a legit business and have needs for their services there terms are well beyond reasonable. Clean and affordable!

Mea has been especially helpful for us. We had some last minute needs to take care of and both her and Johnny offered amazing customer service. I would highly recommend these guys over the competition. In fact we were previously with a different company and decided to switch to them not only because we had heard great things but also because the competition offered really poor customer service such as hiking our rates and they lost our trust. Plaza has great affordable rates and we look forward to a long relationship as a customer of theirs NOT the competition!

Not recommended.. The walls are paper thin at this place and it has a dated decor. . My office neighbor was a bankruptcy lawyer and I could hear every conversation clearly.. Also. they had problems with air conditioning, it was out of service 4 times in a 2 month period.. Stay away. The only good comment was the staff was friendly and helpful.

This place should be shut down. The therapist who rents space and thinks she is worth $130/hr+ is a joke you can hear everything going on in the offices beside her. The front desk is rude and there is zero waiting room. The plaza looks like someone threw together random office furniture and bills by the hour. It may have a scottsdale address but its definitely NOT scottsdale.
