Weak community management. No governance of amenities. Residents conducting personal training in gym facilities with non-residents. Brought to management attention numerous times- no action taken. HOA dues are significant. We didnt sign up to share facilities with non-residents everyday.

Home sweet home! Perfect location with nearby park for outdoor activities, walkable to grocery store and restaurants, and easy access to 101. Pools galore and more! Friendly staff and safe area. A great place to call home - we are very happy here.

Staff like Maggie and Josh are very helpful and friendly. Chef Mike prepares meals that attract crowds. Lovely Great Room with comfortable seating and amenities like flavoured water and fresh coffee. Spectacular pool area.

We have been living here for 2 months and its been a dream. Our air went out and we called at 730pm. Someone was here right away, fixed it and he was incredibly friendly. Staff is always nice, its quiet, safe and my family loves.it. I am so.glad we.moved here and couldnt be happier.

This condo complex is top notch. It is directly at the edge to the desert. Yes, there are actual road runners! Couldnt believe my eyes, just like in the cartoons except I could not hear a meep, meep.The condos are beautiful with an architecture that attempts quite successfully to blend the buildings into the surrounding desert and rock landscape. There is a beautiful clubhouse, three heated pools and a hot whirlpool.

Great amenities (esp. salt-water pool and fitness center). Friendly, responsive, and professional staff. Great views from perimeter units. Lotsa critters (bunnies, prairie dogs, coyotes...). Convenient location. Problem: poorly sound-proofed, especially considering the price. I would recommend only top-floor, end units, unless youre not bothered by neighbor noise. Renters beware: some of the condo owners are rather contemptuous toward non-owners; prepare yourself to dismiss petty, elitist comments...

I have been coming to The Edge for many years and my experience has been wonderful. Great amendies, friendly staff, wonderful meals from The Chef. Absolutely great every year.
