I absolutely love this company and would give my business to no other realty or investment company anywhere! Ive known Mark the owner for years and hes an honest stand up guy with integrity most people only claim to have. If you want honest, respectful business with a Professional realtor, call Mark.

Nothing has changed, I wish I saw these reviews before moving in. Getting a call back is impossible, it will take days for a response from email or even text messaging. The software they use for accounting is never correct and if you try to say something is wrong you get the 3rd degree. The home I rented was dirty upon move in, the home did not have working toilets and the breaking point happened when we were advised to evacuate the home after a gas leak from the 1960s appliances.. Good luck if you decide to move forward with Legendary Investment Group. At this point I plan on moving forward legally and after seeing how many lives Mark has put at risk and or ruined if anyone would like to turn this into a class action please like this post and I will reach out to you.

So far, I have found this company to excel at making excuses as to why something cant be done as well as placing the burden back onto the tenant. Prepare yourself to hear one thing and actually watch it not come to fruition. Designated broker Mark Spinks and manager Kym Peters leave a bad taste in your mouth from the onset

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Company NEVER answers the phone, NEVER returns voice mails, and then replys to emails rudely explaining how they have Excellent Customer Support. What a joke of a company. Mr Spinks is very rude and am surprised he is employed the way he treats his customers. Try to avoid this company if you can at all costs!

Not sure how this company is even in business. After reading all the negative reviews it all makes sense. Mark is very unpleasant dealing with. Never returns calls or emails. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Reported to BBB it was so bad..

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Constant unanswered calls. Emails are pointless. They are probably breaking the law in a couple of ways. Horrible!

Extremely difficult to work with. The positive reviews are from A Google User which means they are probably fake. Stay away from this company, even if it means they deliver your dream house. Its just not worth it.Do some research on the Broker - Mark Spinks and you will see.

Horrible service, We are renting a house from them now and have had a toilet not working for 8 months now and had the washer flood our house only to have the washer replaced and not any drywall repair, paint or anything. Then our Air Conditioner stopped working and the only thing we got from Mark was wait until tomorrow when our house in 90 degrees inside with four children.

Terrible customer service, called dozens of times in 3 days, they never answered the work phone or cell phone(s) a single time, nor responded to my half a dozen voicemails. No chance of getting time-sensitive work done. My clients have been staying in a hotel room for several days while these d-bags avoid processing a rental application.

They are very slow to fix anything or get back to you, if I didnt love my place I would not use them.

Have placed numerous calls into this company to lease my home in Phoenix and not 1 returned call. Terrible. Either way to busy or poor service, either way an F in my book.
