I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Team Logic IT at OdySea Aquarium in Scottsdale, Arizona. Alejandro “Dro” Araiza provides excellent service every day. Not only does he immediately address the numerous IT requests I have, he also makes helpful suggestions on how I can work more efficiently. Alejandro recommends equipment that can enable my team to be more productive and follows through with the directors to ensure my team has what it needs. He has assisted my team by setting up computers and phones; adding signatures with the appropriate logo and links to our email; installing programs; getting authorization to unblock websites that are necessary for our research at work; and solving issues with email, internet browsers, Excel, and Microsoft 365. Alejandro set up my email address on the device address book of the copier so I can easily scan and email. He also set up an additional monitor for me so I can clone or extend my digital work area. He follows through on projects and help requests and politely reminds me of tasks I started and need to finish. Alejandro is such a valuable asset to our team! I have truly come to depend on his skills, knowledge and helpfulness.
